- In multiple movies, some people are shown naked with no clothes and are sometimes shown kissing. However, with how the game's graphics are, the nudity is not detailed in any way shape or form. And the kissing is extremely brief.
Violence & Gore

- This whole game revolves around killing.
- Surprisingly enough, at the beginning of the game, you are able to have an option to make the game kid friendly. This mode revolves all the blood and agressive violence, replaces some of the more brutal killing screens in the final level and the bonus kill is a dart board instead of a person.
- HOWEVER: If you do choose to play this game in rampage mode and amp the violence to the max, this will be the goriest indie game you'll ever play. This will make killings have extreme amounts of blood, have a ton of disgusting and nightmarish imagery and be a sleep inducing nightmare.
