Worst FIFA yet

Unless your a glory hunter that starts career mode with a 5 star rated team or one of those bright sparks who regularly chucks money at EA for ultimate team card packs on the off chance you might get a decent player, the gameplay is not good. In career mode in the lower leagues it's like running through syrup the flow of the gameplay has been destroyed by this so called "improved" passing and shooting mechanic. What is it with EA lately their games are appalling, too much emphasis on thieving money off kids with their in-game purchases. Never had a problem with previous FIFA's regarding playability but this isn't fun anymore it's a chore and the goals are boring to score and watch. Save your money update the transfers manually on FIFA 18 because other than the Champions League rights and some ridiculous facial expressions there is NOTHING worth £60 in this game. UTTER GARBAGE !!!!

Every year it becomes less and less like a game. I use too like the old fifas because they were not trying to be something they are not and never can be (real football). Somehow the old games seemed more realistic to me :(

I have been playing fifa since 2013.This the worst fifa game I have ever played.There are countless bugs and glitches in this game.Passes are totally unstable.Totally unplayable smoothly.

How this game gets a 6.3/10 is beyond me. I revisited this Fifa to see if it's still good, and oh boy was I wrong. Cliched wherever you look, weather it's the players mis control of the ball without any reasons to do so, or the game completely Scripting and wanting you to loose. It's clear that it's all about the money. Eric Dire who is slower then a snail can somehow catch up with a fast and pacey attacker like Mcbappe, nevermind the snail bit, he couldn't even defend against a Snail let alone a human. The fact that he can catch up, is rediculous. The goalkeepers concede every shot they face, even if it's practically streight at them, they still struggle to hold on. Now I wouldn't mind that, but only if the shots going at at least 80, but It could be at 15 streight at them, and they struggle, it's Ludicrous. The AI's defenders seem to block literally anything, and even if it's close in, and the re-bounds go straight back to them, it's so frustrating and you can never get the ball of them in that situation. Another reason as to why that's bad is because when they take a shot and deflects of your player it goes straight back to them and it's a guaranteed goal, it's painful to sit through. They also seem to be able to make a five yard pass, my players can't even do one yard, they'd go straight to the other player it's so unrealistic. They seem to all have the pace of Bolt, when you have the pace of a Slug it's unfair, and don't like that. Your Gk can't save anything, the AI on the other hand could save a worldie. If your away from home, your garunteed a defeat no matter how well you played. You could have about 28 Attempts and have 10 on target, they could have 1 Attempt and win 1-0 How? You may ask one word, Scripting. I suppose it does make it a bit realistic in a sense, as that does happen in football games, but not with about 1,000 attempts more, so the realism factor there is sort of gone. Now I get what they were going for but the execution of it is poor and leaves a lot to be desired. This game tends to glitch as well, I personally don't have glitches so I can't talk on the matter, but if this is the case, and if a person who hasn't played this, well let's just say you've been warned on that front. Now you could say I'm being a little ' overcritical, and over analysing on a relitively in offensive game ' ( For the most part ) on the matter, but to me my points still stand. There are some good, so it's not all bad. For example the graphics are brilliant and make the players and managers as well as the game look realistic. And for the most part the music is nice to listen to. The Journey is also a good feature to this Fifa but other then that well it's, Complete nonsense!!!, And a largely frustrating Headache to sit through
