- TriviaThe plot here is similar to the events around Washington DC circa 2002 known as the beltway sniper. In that situation, a military veteran took on a younger illegal immigrant to assist in several sniper killings.
- GoofsThe male FBI agent makes a number of erroneous conclusions after the first shootings. Fist he says the targets were moving when shot. Since he did not witness the shootings either in person or via video playback, he had no way of knowing if they were moving or standing still when shot. In fact, the footage shows the second was standing still when shot.
Next, he presumes the sniper could only be US military. In fact, police agencies use trained snipers, so limiting the suspect to just the military would leave out any number of suspects. His conclusion a trained civilian shooter or hunter would leave brass was also likewise faulty.

Like the previous episode, this one was shocking and I found myself gasping loudly once again as soon as those bullets meet their targets. The plot wasn't anything I've never seen before but they have their own twist and analysis to it which gives the show a little edge compared to the likes of Quantico, SWAT and Blindspot.
