Mack angrily objects, saying that wasn't his orders, but they need to get moving and he doesn't have time to deal with it. He tells Deke to stay put while he and Yo-Yo search the Lighthouse for Daisy and Daniel. Yo-Yo warns that it's a trap and insists on going with Mack, and she goes to start pre-flight on the Quinjet. Mack tells Jemma to scan for their missing teammates.
As Mack and Yo-Yo fly to the Lighthouse, Mack worries and Yo-Yo assures Mack that they're good under pressure. He talks about what young self and his parents were doing on that day, and it didn't happen with his parents locked up in the Lighthouse. Yo-Yo warns him that the Chronicoms are trying to get into his head, and Mack admits that he didn't imagine meeting his parents that way.

Deke and Jemma put out the flames inside the Zephyr, and Enoch tells them the cable network that drives the time jump has been compromised. If they timejump then the ship will be torn apart. Jemma sends Deke to check on the power regulator, while she and Enoch retire the control panel. Jemma hesitates and wonders why she can't fix the control panel. Enoch leads her away, saying it will be okay, but they must act immediately.

King tells Stoner that something is screwing with the systems and they need him to override the systems.
Coulson points out that King has a personality, and Chronicoms normally don't. He complains about Melinda's lack of attitude toward him, and he died and came back but doesn't know how to feel about that. Melinda says that he always dies but comes back, and she's not going to mourn Coulson again. Coulson figures that the Chronicoms are mimicking him and are adapting based on Coulson. He figures that the Chronicoms are taking personalities from their victims along with their faces.
Earlier, a Chronicom takes King's personality and then his face.
King takes Stoner to Ford, who explains that they need Stoner to get the mainframe back up.

Mack talks about the locks on the door, comparing it to brake calibers, and John suggests that they cut the hydraulics. Mack agrees and the two of them go to work.

He says that he believes them. The real King and Ford are dead nearby, and Stoner says that they need to get people out and regroup outside. Coulson tells Melinda to take Stone with her and find Mack, while he sees where the Hunters are being stored until conversion.
Nathaniel tells his men to give Daisy time to recover, and they take her back to the barn where Daniel is locked up. After telling Daniel that he took as much blood and spinal fluid from Daisy as she could stand, and he's going to start doing a biopsy if he can't learn anything from the samples, Nathaniel leaves. Daisy mutters about her mother, Jiaying, and Daniel tries to keep her awake by telling her about how he lost his leg during World War II. He says that another man, Mike Stephens, carried him back from the line and stayed with Daniel and told him they were going home in the middle of the war. Daniel tells Daisy that they're going home, and removes a piece of broken glass from her arm and realizes she stole it while in the lab.

Mack and John work on getting the door open, and Mack gives John his gun and says he's going to make sure the enemy gets nowhere near them. The agent walks off, and two Chronicom hunters attack him.
Coulson wonders where his body is, and Sibyl says that it's in the Chronicoms' underground ship. She explains that she's the Predictor and reads the Time Streams, and notes that Coulson isn't a person. Sibyl asks what he is, and Coulson points out that she answers anything he asks.
Jemma goes back to work, and tells Deke that what he saw was harmless. Deke demands answers, and Jemma says that Enoch was fixing her memory so she could fix the ship. She explains that she and Fitz found a place where all the Chronicoms' moves could be tracked. Fitz stayed there and no one can know, and Jemma devised an implant that she named "Diana" to suppress her memories. Jemma explains that she's remembering things she can't remember, and Deke assures her that they'll fix Diana.

She says that she wants Earth to ensure the survival of her species, and human s fear death. Chronicoms cannot die and says that her species deserve to live because their lives are less fleeting. Eventually the humans will run out of time.

He invites her to have a drink with her, and she points out that she outranks him and he should get busy creating a cover story. Stoner agrees and leaves.

Enoch accepts the apology, and Jemma confirms that she no longer remembers where Fitz is. She tells Deke that no one can know about her, and asks him if he can carry the secret.
Mack shows John the cockpit, of the Zephyr, then goes back and finds Lila telling Yo-Yo about his sons. Meanwhile, John thanks Melinda for saving them and goes back with the others. She puts the Quinjet into circling mode and privately tells Mack that she's getting nothing from "john" and "Lila". Mack doesn't believe it, and Melinda tells him to check John's injured arm.
John and Lila realize the Quinjet is circling, and Mack asks John if he can check his arm. John balks, claiming that it's nothing, but Mack insists. Lila stands up and tells Mack to leave John alone, and John tells her that he's fine and reveals the circuitry beneath the false skin. John attacks Mack and Lila attacks Yo-Yo, throwing her against the wall and then attacking Melinda.
John tells Mack that his parents have been gone a while, and he fights Mack while Melinda fights Lila. The male Chronicom says that he harvested Mack's parents' skins, and Mack beats him back. Yo-Yo recovers and snaps John's neck, and Mack pulls Lila off of Melinda. Melinda goes to the cockpit, and Yo-Yo opens the cargo hatch. John's unconscious body falls out the hatch, and Mack grabs Lila. She begs Mack not to do it, and after a moment he shoves her out the open cargo hatch.
The Zephyr lands and the team waits for the timer to count down. Zeke glares at Enoch, and Mack and Yo-Yo sit together. Deke comes in and says that they're about to jump, and Daniel tells Jemma that he's not leaving because he's where he needs to be.
The Zephyr jumps, and Mack opens the cargo hatch. He says that he needs some air, and drives out on a motorcycle. Deke goes after him, to a nearby field where Mack sits alone, and Jemma radios Deke that the Zephyr is about to jump. As Deke finds Mack, the Zephyr timejumps without them.
