First thing is that we know Murphy wont betray the group. If he said no they would kill him. I like Clarke as the villain or should i say joshephine. But mark my words Clarke will be back in episode 8. Octavia wasn't annoying in this episode.

Turning it Around?

I haven't liked this season up to this episode. Too similar to season 2. All the new characters are unlikable and the returning characters haven't quite seemed themselves (pun somewhat intended). After a so-so start, I thought the season was going to tailspin after last episode but my hope is restored. Good episode with a gripping second half or so

In this episode we got to see Josephine in full control. After just coming back to life in Clarke's body, Josephine made it her mission to acquaintance herself in Clarke's group and make sure they don't find out about what happened. After noticing many red flags, Bellamy finally figured out the truth after learning of the body snatching earlier on with Murphy, Jordan, & Gaia. After Josephine revealed herself to Murphy at the end, we're left with many questions heading into 6x06. What will Josephine do to Bellamy? Will Murphy take Josephine up on her offer to become immortal? What happened to Octavia's hand? When will the others find out about what's going on? Such a crazy rollercoaster of an episode, can't wait for the next one!
Good 5th episode.

Love it. Loved it. Love it. The character development is amazing on the show. Dyoza and Octavia match up is just awesome. Can't wait to see what they do next. Murphy. What can I add. He's the best character. Eliza did a great job of this crazy character. Every episode gets better and better. Hats off to these writers who know how to write great science fiction.

I doubt that the other people died when they were given the chip. They were simply overridden. No one has ever thought of taking the chip out of a perfectly good host most likely or allowed it to live after that procedure. I could see it happening where someone gives Clark that paralytic and takes the chip out in a future episode. I feel like Murphy is too smart for this. I feel like he has a plan but he won't tell the others so we won't know until he shows that he went "undercover" on Josephine's side. I trust Murphy too much for him to just betray me like this.. this season is confusing me. Fingers crossed Murphy's playing her!! I think it's important that we got Murphy and Clarke teaming up in ep 2 and saving each other's lives?? And then in ep 3 when Murphy said he thinks he went to hell and Clarke said there'd be room in hell for both of them. I'm wondering, didn't they notice that Clarke already have scar on her neck? When she had the flame Murphy made the cut, yea? Won't it be alarming for the Primes that some space girl with nightblood already have that scar? It means that Clarkes team know the technology they put in people head. If I was a Prime I would be really curious. Clarke once had the flame in her head during the final of season 3. Her mind is in the flame like lexa so I'm guessing Madi is gonna remove the flame and give it to Clarke but i don't think she will have memories beyond season 3, my guess. Did anyone else notice the black spot on the image of the brain on the computer before Jordan clicked into the files? Could that be foreshadowing something went wrong during the transfer of Josie and Clarke but Russell and his wife were both too emotional to notice it?
New Direction.

Diyoza and Octavia's mission were ok and fun to watch.
Jos' mission in Clarke's body is intense, smart and new. This show never do this before.
The episode is great, character's development is evolving so much. Which makes the show even greater.

Bellamy suspected something was wrong, he was speaking Trig to test Clarke

The Eligius 3 team that was sent to sanctum had a huge mission to rebuild the human race! So they brought all of Beccas technology down and that's why you see all of her symbols all over sanctum. Because the Eligius 3 and Becca have been part of the show since S1&2. I think the problem is that they didn't show us how the community in sanctum works in season 6. They mention some things here and there but the fact that we cant see it for ourselves gives the whole place a weird vibe. Yeah Bellamy was suspicious of Clarke. That's why he pulled her to the side and started speaking trig. Josephine is an interesting character. I wish she could've just played herself instead of Clarke playing her and even though Eliza did an excellent job playing Josephine. Where is the tech for all of the tech they have?!! Because the can come back to life and i think they don't know how they are doing it lol its an interesting storyline though and it gets crazier as time goes along.
The 100 have gone Altered Carbon?
cvlipari23 May 2020
The first season of this show were quite entertaining, but the producers seem to have run out of ideas and had to borrow some from other shows, e.g. Altered Carbon ( I also see some The Expanse in it ) . The ability to live again in a new body is what Altered Carbon is all about. I wouldn't be surprised to see Joel Kinnaman making a cameo appearance on the show as an inhabitant of the weird planet the hundred are now on under a new "sleeve".
One of the best episodes of the show...

First and foremost, this episode was spectacular. This season has so far done a well job of building suspense and leaving us questioning the actions of characters. Moreover, I was disappointed back when Alli was introduced to the show, I thought it was irrelevant to the show itself. However, NOW that seasons are connecting and we are given more insight, I can't help but take back everything I had said about season 3. The writers, directors, crew, and all of our favorite actors are doing a superb job this year! Finally, I can't wait to see how this journey we're currently on ends and how everything will turn out. Many more questions that we need answers to!
Excellent Episode!

Same content, Different context ! ... Vehicle survive for years
cool_mino3 June 2019
It is still good, I still love it and hocked to it ... but it is repeating over and over ... same content different context.
I believe the 100 need a science guy ... They have bikes working for hundreds of years ... Clark had a working vehicle last season when she was alone in the world ... the vehicle survive and live for years :O....
Very good

So bad, earth songs and Superbowl on an Alien planet?
Ghostcrow_Opin4 June 2019
Warning: Spoilers
Like my title says, the song "Clarke" dances to while painting? How did they get it to that planet?
And the said Clarks mother was "the superbowl"
After that i stopped watching. So many stupid things that ruin a great show, I really miss the episodes where Lexa was the Best thing about the show.
Uh oh

I have been going along with everything so far, but please, this may be the "jump the shark" episode. I just discovered this series about 2 weeks ago and I am here, up to season 6. I did look ahead at the ratings and see that they take a down turn in season 7 pretty dramatically. I don't understand why this episode seems to be rated so high.
I know this is based on a book so I assume this transformation of Clarke is part of the story, but it comes across terrible on screen in terms of the story telling. I am glad they didn't drag it out though, as she was discovered within the same episode. I believe that was the point though, Josephine is so bad as being Clarke we are probably thinking the same thing..."Come guys, wake up, can't you see something is off with her!"
She does some up Murphy pretty well though, within the same 10 seconds he is terrorized but then comes around. But that's Murphy, going to wherever the wind takes him.
Once again we have a repeating story line. Is this not Mount Weather again? People that seem so nice, living in a great place, all the food and water and shelter you can ask for. But of course there is a catch and that catch involves being nice to Clarke and company because they need them to survive, sound familiar?
I still find it hard to believe that Clarke is indeed dead, as flawed as she is, she is the story of The 100.
Kane is the lucky one, gets to sleep through this mess, so far at least.
