As the Creep carves out a pumpkin at the beginning of the episode, Night of the Living Dead (1968) plays on the TV in the background. George A. Romero, the film's director, is one of the creators of Creepshow.
In the first segment, when it flashes back to the Golden Dragon clubhouse, on the wall there is a road sign for Mockingbird Lane, a clear reference to The Munsters (1964). There are several other things written on the walls around the clubhouse in Icelandic Runes alphabet. The clearest one is above the street sign that reads, "Best Friends Forever."
In the first segment, there is a Cavity Colors poster inside the clubhouse. Cavity Colors is an online shop specializing in horror tees and other apparel.
The gentlemen who travels in a suitcase, fly's with Duniya Air. Duniya is Arabic for "Earth" or "World"
In the All Hallow's Eve segment, the Grantham Ashtray is on a table next to Mrs. Hathaway (0:12:23) as the group confronts her.
