- The player can encounter cursed chests, which contain mildly suggestive dialogue. Likely to fly over the heads of players.

- Frequent arcade violence featuring moderate blood. The player uses weapons such as swords, electric whips and bows to kill fantasy pixelated enemies such as zombies, which break apart into bloody pieces when killed.
- When enemies are killed, pixelated pieces of discoloured flesh remains on the floor before gradually shrinking and disappearing.
- In certain areas, decaying corpses can be found but are not very graphic and depict some dark red blood.
- When the player dies, the character is knocked to the floor and its body disintegrates while the slimey "head" remains and slithers back into a new body back in the first area.
- Bosses and elite enemies explode after death, no blood show.

- The gameplay can get rather hectic and intense at times. The atmosphere isn't the most pleasant.
- The whole game is about the Malaise spreading through an island as referenced by loading screen text.

Violence & Gore
- At the end of the game, the Beheaded (player) kills the King by stabbing him in the chest. This results in his body erupting with such force the Beheaded's body disintegrates.
