Sex & Nudity

  • No sex or nudity
  • This game does not contain any sex or nudity heroes always are dressed always in full clothing.
  • one characters outfit reveals parts of her bare midriff and bare arms
  • The character Loba dresses and acts mildly provocatively. Nothing too bad, though.
  • A character's sexuality is questioned in a comic. (This comic was only available ingame for a limited time)
  • Some revealing outfits nothing more.
  • The character Loba is flirtatious with her actions and voice lines and her outfit is provocative, however none of it goes beyond PG levels.
  • Very Mild, some of the women in the game are designed to be curvy with their figure.
  • Legend Loba has promiscuous behaviour.
  • Some skins for the female characters are revealing

Violence & Gore

  • There is some blood and very mild gore.
  • If someone is knocked down the player can shoot him more times.
  • There is a bit of blood when you get a elimination but only seen for few seconds
  • Players are able to shoot other players in order to be the last man standing
  • You can perform executions on injured/downed enemies. Some more comedic than others though a few such as Bloodhounds executions involve repeated stabbings though this isn't nearly as graphic as it sounds and contains little to no blood.
  • Pretty tame violence and blood. Some red mist and brief blood splatter but no Mortal Kombat or Call of Duty. You shoot, punch, snipe, and essentially stab people. The furthest I've seen it go was a triple-kill on the side of the train, and the train had a little blood.
  • Shots that knock down or kill enemies create a far more visible blood effect.
  • On par with games like Halo 2 and Reach, TimeSplitters 2, Ark and Titanfall 2(without the mech tearing people in half part of that game).

Profanity

  • Season 5 added infrequent profanity, primarily from one character who occasionally says "damn" and calls another character "bastard" and "son of a bitch".
  • Online chat may expose players to strong language, ranging from any word, from damn to f*ck and beyond
  • There is mild profanity in the game, such as "hell" or "damn". But it is very rare to hear. Usually Bangalore or Octane says it.
  • Infrequent use of mild profanity like "damn", "bastard", and "hell".
  • One character sometimes uses the term "FNG", which stands for "F*cking New Guy".
  • One of the characters says something along the lines of 'Get your ass in the car'

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • In the opening scene the heroes seem to be at a bar but is only shown for a few seconds and only achohol is consumed
  • A character injects himself with "stims" as one of his abilities.
  • Mild references to alcoholic beverages.
  • In the waiting lobby Fuse can be seen drinking what is presumed to be a beer
  • Barely any. To heal in the game you stick syringes and needles into your veins, nothing bad shown. It's implied that the legend Mirage used to be an alcoholic, and theres a screensaver of him "drunk" in a bar, however it is not blatantly told, so children aren't likely to know it.
  • Some mentions of drug addicts. No drug use or drugs shown.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • A few frighting scenes whether it be people with guns jumping out of nowhere but there is no real scary scenes that are would make the audience scream
  • Caustic and Revenant can be frightening characters for younger players.
  • The game's comics and backstories can be dark, but they are not a requirement for playing.
