Tucker (2000–2001)
Extremely funny!
12 October 2000
I stumbled upon this show in my lifelong obsession with all things Seth Green, and I have to say, I'm hooked. This show is SO funny! The jokes are great, the characters are engaging, and basically it's just a welcome change from all of these shows coming out with famous stars that aren't funny at all. Of course, the most amazing part is that these people somehow manage to make Seth Green look tall. Interesting. Anyway, watch this show!

I really need to know the name of the actor who plays Kinicke (sp?-I haven't seen Grease in a while)- he is amazing! An excellent show
4 August 2000
This is an amazing new WB show that actually has some depth! I am completely addicted to the characters of Jake (Katherine Moennig) and Hamilton (Ian Somerhalder) and their entire plotline. They play their characters so convincingly that it borders on disturbing when you remember that Jake is a girl and Ian used to be a model. Odd. By far one of the best WB shows. I'm hooked, and it only took 1 episode.

A great film...a must see!
16 August 1999
I loved this film! I had never heard of it, but happened to stumble upon it one night. I was mesmerized by the main performances of Kristy McNichol and Matt Dillon. Amazing acting for such a young age! I don't know why I'd never heard of it, but I'm glad I had the chance to see it- it's a great plot and script and perfect casting. Go rent it!

So creepy it made me nauseous
19 July 1999
This wasn't the scariest film I've ever seen, but rather the creepiest. It was full of moments that made me squirm with nervousness and really want to leave the theater because of the stress. I highly enjoyed it, but I know I'll have nightmares of the student standing in the corner for weeks to come...

Desert Blue (1998)

Great movie, great lines!
17 March 1999
I saw Desert Blue at the premiere at SXSW here in Austin. It was great! Brendan Sexton did a great job with his character, and he was backed by some wonderful acting from the rest of the cast. The best line of the movie: "I was trained as a navy SEAL." -Casey Affleck. Watch for the makeout scene. A hilarious movie about a quirky small town with great characters ranging from the girl who's an explosives expert (Christina Ricci) to a guy who's the defending ATV racing champ (Casey Affleck..."Kelly, this is Pete. I'm number one!...and when my brother learns to drive, you'll be number three!!") Definitely see this movie when it comes out in June! I plan on seeing it at least three more times.

This is a fantastic movie!
15 January 1999
This is a very realistic portrayal of friends getting together, supposedly for their high school reunion, but mainly for themselves. There are some excellent conversations, especially between Marty and Willie (Natalie Portman and Timothy Hutton) and great acting all around, even to David Arquette for his small role as Willie's brother. This movie has tons of good moments, like the "Sweet Caroline" scene and the snow plow scenes. I hope everyone gets a chance to see this film!
