A Town Has Turned to Dust (1998)
This is a good movie with great acting.
A Town Has Turned To Dust is a good movie with great acting. It is a story set in the future with age old problems. The actors all did a wonderful job, especially Ron Perlman and Frankie Avina. Frankie Avina as Tooth was a man oppressed by the ones who ruled over him. He didn't believe his brother would get justice but was accepting of what was happening. But after the awful event happens he stands up and fights back. I thought he was excellent. Ron Perlman's character you hated but felt sorry for him too. I would like to see more movies like this and I would love to see more movies with Frankie Avina and Ron Perlman.
Cage II (1994)
A very brutal movie with some tender moments.
This movie was about a man kidnaped and drugged and forced to fight in illegal Cage fights. The fight scenes are brutal but the movie has some tender scenes between the man and a lovely young girl. If you like martial arts you will enjoy that part of this movie. I especially enjoyed watching Frankie Avina who played the "Black Hand Leader". He was a bad guy but was so beautiful to watch as he was fighting the good guys. There was a lot of martial arts type fighting in Cage II.
Cheyenne Warrior (1994)
A wonderful story about love and trust.
Cheyenne Warrior is one of the best movies I have seen. It is a story of people who meet and are different and learn to trust and like each other and then fall in love. There is plenty of action is the movie as well as romance. Frankie Avina has a small role in the movie. He is "Crazy Buffalo". He is angry over the death of his brother and blames the "white woman". He is so intense in playing this part. He is really great to watch.

Follow the River (1995)
Very pleasing and uplifting
This movie was very pleasing and uplifting. It showed strength and courage. The women in their attempt to get home had to be brave. It also showed the Indian people to be merciful and with big hearts and a sense of humor. Their ways were different from the whites but still they knew that family is the most important thing there is in life.
