Hollow Point (1996)

A good laugh

I saw this on cable and found it to be a very funny film. While attempting to be a serious action movie, the humor just can't be contained. John Lithgow gives a great performance as an enlightened crime lord, although his death scene is taken from 'Lethal Weapon 2'. The other actors worked well within this limited movie, and it's a good 'kill an afternoon' flick.

I was disappointed with the Turning

This movie lacked any sort of plot, character development, or directon. The best thing that can be said for The Turning is that, Gillian Anderson graced it with her presence.
