The actors make the film happen. The history is very predictable and slow but still makes for a good late evening film. I am supposed to write at least 10 lines of text, but really there is not much to say. A love story of two widowers on their 60's (or more?). Some clichés found in many of the Mexican soap operas are repeated here. So I guess in essences this movie is like a mini telenovela with no big conflicts.
Still, I have not completed the 10 lines. One trivia fact is that actor Cerda who was like 250 Kilos in this movie had a gastric bypass an now he is like a size 34 or so (he is rather tall too, so you get amazed at his physical change). I believe his wife and daughter also went through the surgery. Another trivia fact is that he does the voice of Barney in the Spanish dubbed show.
