The Way of the Gun (2000)
This movie was...very interesting...
I watched this film. And just the very nature of it, and the way it was shot struck me as odd. They do not usually release movies of this nature, and style to theaters. They are the unique breed of straight to video action and off dialogue flicks that most times catch the public in such a way that it becomes one they own, talk about, and base other movies on or around. It seemed to me like an independent film. I guess. Very unique though. Artison seems to be a great company that has produced some very good things as far as I can see. I would suggest, and recommend this movie to most people. Ryan Phillippe, and Juliette Lewis give an outstanding performance. It was comical, well written and, and very nicely executed by almost every in this flick. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up, fine holiday fun.....
The Legend of Billie Jean (1985)
Legend of Film......
I just finished watching the Legend of Billy Jean.It has been years. This movie reminds me of my child hood.Because I saw it first when I was young. The classic music from it.Eighties,it truly catches the flare they were going for.Free spirits, and open hearted youth. This movie is always going to be a classic, even though seeing it now,and asking the questions that everyone asks now, after seeing a movie.Like there out to kill the magic. The Legend of Billy Jean, can not be stripped of it's cinematic magic no matter how hard any one tries.Because it caught the youth in it's time, and has tumbled its way down into the the status it's title would suggest.
The Shakiest Gun in the West (1968)
Don knotts is a comical genius...
I saw this movie,by accident. It reminded me a lot,of the book,The Puppy Who Lost his Way.It was filled with well written classic comedy, that I can only see Mr. Knotts performing. The boy, being society.I think it was followed in spirit by other films further down the line.Funny Farm, and it's own references to a miss-adventures in an element that is not ones own. I give it four and a half stars on a scale of five. Two thumbs up,fine holiday fun.....
