Supergirl: Rather the Fallen Angel (2018)
Did you hear the music at the end?!
I am still surprised at how much I like this show. It has its ups and downs but casting is Sam Witwer as the main bad has been great and so many twists! Bonus points for the remix of Corey Hart's "never surrender" at the end. I feel like it's a nod to the country they film in.
Next of Kin (1989)
wow... boring
Well, this movie wasn't serious enough to be a drama, too serious to be a comedy and only your grandma would think it was an action movie. I realize that Patrick Swayze isn't the best actor in the world but when you see a movie with Liam Neeson and Ben Stiller you'd expect that it wouldn't suck... you'd be wrong.
Biker Boyz (2003)
This is not Shakespeare
If you want to see a serious movie, watch something else, of course, if you expect something called "Biker Boyz" to be serious you deserve to lose your hard earned cash. It's an action movie, that's pretty much it, likeable characters, more plot than the usual testosterone movie. In all honesty I saw it because it had Brendan Fehr in it but I found that the almost 2 hour run time was not deadly boring. I wouldn't have paid movie prices for it, but it was a decent rental.
Bringing Out the Dead (1999)
Argh!! Too artsy.
If you're a fan of disjointed weirdness then this is an excellent movie for you. I'm a die hard Cage fan, so I did watch it all the way through but wasn't really impressed with the whole movie. It did have some good, almost calm bits but for the most part I found it too erratic and didn't really see the point to the movie or a plot for that matter.
Titan A.E. (2000)
Decent enough to watch once.
I actually liked this movie, I thought it was cute and a little quirky. The voice talent was excellent, the script was a wee bit hard to swallow at times because it flip flopped too much for me. I'm not a big animation expert but I thought that it was very easy to watch and wasn't too over the top or distracting. Overall it was a good movie, I wouldn't buy it, I've already rented it once, if it came on TV I'd watch it again.
