After offensive comments were made by former VS CMO back in 2019, the company was chewed out by much of the public, resulting in VS making massive changes to the way they do things. They decided to stop the VS Fashion Show and decided to take a new approach. Yes, change was necessary... but the company choosing to cancel the VS Fashion Show is proving to be a huge downfall for the company. This documentary was good. But it felt more like a Victorias Secret sponsored show for fashion designers around the world. That is amazing!... don't get me wrong... but the many of the items being shown in the documentary aren't being sold by VS. It documented the lives of artists from all over the world. Again, this is amazing, but a lot of the documentary has absolutely nothing to do with VS... aside with some of the models being VS Angels. The documentary just doesn't make sense in my opinion. I do still see this as a beautiful project, but I can't stop thinking about the classic VS Fashion Show we lost. This seems like a way for the company to get forgiveness from the public. I strongly believe that if the company grew the female leadership within the company while keeping the OG fashion show, they would be seeing more viewership. If you're a VS fan, check this documentary out. For me, it just didn't make sense.... The marketing at the moment is all over the place trying to mend the past mistakes the company has made. The approach they are taking is not helping in my opinion.

The Parent Test
(2022–2023)
A Show Everyone Should Watch
6 January 2023
I truly enjoy this show. It highlights different parenting styles and how each may have negative and positive aspects. This show brings up really important conversations as well.
This show is a must watch in my eyes. I appreciate everyone's raw discussions after participating in the challenges. I learn a lot with each episode.
I want to say a huge thank you to the parents and kids for being involved in the show. As a young woman with no kids yet, I'm glad I'm watching this and seeing the variety of parenting styles, and what each has to offer.
I look forward to watching the rest of the season.

365 Days: This Day

What? The?... Horrible sequel!

Warning: Spoilers
What even was this movie? First off, the movie opens with them having sex. Okay, maybe it's a dream and we will get some explanations... Nope!
In the first movie, Laura is in an accident and we don't know if she's alive.... This is practically ignored in the second movie.
This movie is messy, rushed, and could've been executed better.
I'd recommend the first, but know that the second does not really continue the story well.
If you watched movie 1 and 2, back to back, you would be confused... and angry you wasted your time watching (especially) this movie.

Eh. Honestly, don't watch.

Warning: Spoilers
Just finished watching this movie. I've got to say, it's pretty mediocre. The ending where she has the tooth necklace??? Um...
I agree with another review stating this movie had potential. It had some recognizable people in it and it was funny here and there. It was entertaining. It was just mediocre entertainment. There's a reason it's free on YouTube.

Warning: Spoilers
I watched this on a plane ride home. This movie is bad. I had seen it one time before, but it had been a long time and I forgot the storyline. Don't watch this movie. It's a waste of time. The fiancé is cheating with his woman's best friend. The guy and friend are horrible humans, as other reviews state. Also the scene where the guy friend who moves to England confesses his feelings? What was the point of that scene? I was hoping she would go with the guy who actually cared for her... And the ending??? Wtf is this movie??? It's bad. Don't watch and wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Maya and the Three

May be scary for age demographic it's recommended to

Warning: Spoilers
My cousin was watching this show and started having troubles at episode 9. She is 7 years old... So, she's within the demographic. She was really scared after seeing someone's heart get ripped out by the god of war. I watched the scene and I see why some kids would be really disturbed and scared. I would recommend that this show gets rated again. It seems to be more PG and something for kids a couple years older. Each kid is different, but if your kid gets scared easily, steer clear.

It's not as bad as people are making it out to be. I enjoyed this movie and was entertained. I get that there are a lot of adaptations to this story, but this ones not bad! There were some cringy scenes, especially since there were covers of some well known songs... But it's not bad for a musical. I could see a lot of kids enjoying this movie.

Pretty Much Trash...

GG is extremely annoying... She says she hates ants and ugly people... when honestly she's not the BEST looking person out there. She's so rude to that one girl in the first episode and saying she isn't wearing something appropriate for a house party, when she was literally in a bathing suit?? ... the party was practically a pool party so like... what?? GG, MJ, and Reza are so rude when it comes to other people's styles... and it's funny to me because not everything they wear is cute?? Can we talk about that cheetah print green dress MJ wears in the first episode?? PLEASE... I agree with one of the other reviews that this is a bad copycat of KUWTK.... Sorry but you guys are trying way too hard.
Gossip Girl

Pretty good. I'm excited for next Thursday!

Warning: Spoilers
When it comes to reboots, there will always be the crowd that loves the OG project a lot more than the reboot. These reviews are definitely biased and I do understand why some do not enjoy the reboot... but come tf on... It's not THAT bad. Also, stop comparing it to the OG show. The reboot is a whole new story and I personally enjoy how they've resurrected gossip girl from the grave for 2021.
What I enjoyed in the shows: I love that there's diversity in the cast.
The actors and actresses are good looking and are pretty good at their jobs.
I love that there's a bi character and I'm very into the 3-way relationship concept...
Things I didn't enjoy: I watched the first episode three times. Once by myself, once with my boyfriend, and once with my mom and sister. I didn't realize till the third time around that the teachers were behind gossip girl... I thought they were all students besides the older one with curly hair... I was led to believe this because of some of the scripting and was just generally confused. I thought the blonde girl was a student and completely misunderstood her role. Maybe to some I sound like a complete idiot... The line where they say "I wish I thought of this when I was in high school" and her responding "We are still in high school", led me to believe they were students and that the curly haired staff member was the one that led the "students" to start a new gossip girl....
Anyway, I think that the premise is great. I think the characters fit well and I enjoy that it's a whole new show. The 5.6 review is a little too low in my opinion. For the directing and story, I give it an 8 (so far). I really enjoy this reboot and you guys need to stop comparing it to the OG one.

Bling Empire

I'm enjoying it so far... it's not bad background noise.

Warning: Spoilers
It's not bad. I usually like watching these shows while doing laundry etc. Andrew kinda portrays himself as an ass in the first episode. I think he has anger issues. In the first episode, he didn't have to freak out the way he did. It's borderline mental abuse. The woman he is with obviously cares about him. Their relationship may need a little bit more communication on both ends... but still... calm down. It is great drama for the show and he is an actor so maybe it was all on purpose... but once again, damn dude... calm down.
Dynasty

I really enjoy this show! but something that is so annoying to me is the fact that there's THREE Christel's... one for each season... like... please just extend the god damn contract.... the Christel from season two should've stayed.

I really enjoyed this show. I tried watching it a couple years ago and couldn't get into it. I started watching it a few weeks ago and I finished the show... I enjoy the storyline and really fell for Chuck Bass and Blair's characters and chemistry. It's worth a try... I'm already watching it again.
Descendants 3
(2019 TV Movie)
good!
17 September 2020
So it's good for it's age range. The story is pretty good and they've definitely milked the series. I can see a forth movie. I do think that their costumes are pretty bad and lack quality for what i assume was a pretty decent budget... i doubt the kids care though!
Selling Sunset

guilty pleasure... but there's some annoying agents
23 August 2020
This show is definitely a guilty pleasure of mine. I do not enjoy the three b's. Christine, Davina, and Heather are absolute mean girls. No rag mag interview will change my mind that they don't deserve my respect. Love the rest of the crew and you can tell their passion is in real estate and not drama or fame.
Awkward.
(2011–2016)
Good-wish they didn't lose the creator
21 April 2020
Warning: Spoilers
The show is good, but like others have mentioned, after season 3, it went a little down hill. I heard they lost the creator, which I think really impacted the show and ending. I think it could've gone further if they didn't lose the creator. Every high school comedy has to come to an end though. I did really enjoy watching the show while stuck in quarantine.
One Tree Hill

Great show

This shows amazing. I'm watching it for the second time and it's nostalgic. I absolutely hate the main boys father. I've been having flashbacks of feeling the same way when i first watched it. Overall, it's a must watch and i'm excited to rewatch the story!
Rust Valley Restorers

"i'm so broke"
28 January 2020
Warning: Spoilers
Like someone else said, 90% of the time they talk about how they need money.... STOP BUYING STUFF!! he'll have money and then spend it... then he'll talk about how he needs to be saving money!! stop spending $10,000 or your company really WILL go under... with or without the show! wish they restored more cars too. all you see is the owning spending money... not really working on cars.
Million Dollar Matchmaker

hmmmm

Sooo i'm unsure with how real this is. i'm on the second season, and every relationship i've updated on (by searching social media etc.) , hasn't worked out... yet Patti claims she has such a high success rate... i would just like to see updates and more proof that these relationships are somewhat matches. seems fake, but is still entertaining and funny
