The Imitation Game (2014)
BO BNBAJOH QMNU! (AN AMAZING PLOT!)
This film had left me no other words than "bravo...". Within the film's clever subject of Alan Turing and Enigma, led an interesting backstory to the man who is now recognized for countless inventions and also for the Turing machine. Amazing film and 10/10 for the plot and accuracy of the film.
The Incredible Hulk (2008)
Gamma Radiation Did Not Save This Film!
This movie had allowed for fans to understand a different side to the Hulk that the one seen in the earlier movie Hulk (2003). The Incredible Hulk (2008) brings to light the character of Abomination and plays him into the Hulk. The cameo of Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) at the end of the movie during post-credit scene was a nice surprise and had started the tying together of the characters within the MCU. 8/10. Not a huge fan at the end of the day.
Sometimes Always Never (2018)
A Confusing Plot! (Matches The Game I Guess)!
The plot of the movie is very hard to follow and requires concentration like a game of scrabble would. But after thinking about the movie for a while, I understood the plot and it all made sense. (It also helped me with a few scrabble pointers.) For the concentration to understand, I give it a 7/10.
Iron Man (2008)
A Film With Charisma!
Great movie and great start to the MCU. Could not have asked for a better actor to play Iron Man either. The plot was clever and had used a lot of easter eggs towards the comics and also caught Tony Stark's sense of humour to a precise point. 10/10. It is (and will always be) a great movie.
Apollo 11 (2019)
A Eye-Opening Documentary
This documentary was a blast to watch and I thoroughly enjoyed watching the events that ran up and made one of the most memorable and historic moments in the world. 9.9/10 (but 10/10 for rounding's sake)
Deadpool (2016)
Deadpool! What A @!$%#!£ Great Movie!
Funniest superhero movie I have ever seen. It is a guaranteed favourite of mine and always will be. The choice of actor had not made this choice any harder due to it being the one and only... Ryan Reynolds, a personal favourite of mine. 10/10. (I would give it 11/10 if i could). My absolute favourite movie, can't be beat.
Shazam! (2019)
SHAZAM! Concept Turned Amazing Blockbuster!
My absolute second favourite superhero and I was relieved to see they had finally made a movie for Shazam. When I watched the movie, it had gave me loads of laughs and continued my life through amazing films. Great actors and again it made me laugh even though there is a saddening message through out the film. 10/10. Amazing to see one of my favourite superheroes placed onto the Big Screen as a great blockbuster.
Spider-Man: Far from Home (2019)
Amazing CGI!
I would love to watch again due to the dynamic nature of the story. The use of Mysterio and introduction of the multiverse idea has given me hopes for future films. I'd love to see where the next Spider-Man film takes place and which story-line the ideas are taken from due to the ending as where the Spider-Man's alter ego of Peter Parker is released. Spider-Man is shown through a whole new light as the next Iron Man and Tony Stark. 10/10. Excellent movie and would totally recommend.
Brooklyn Nine-Nine (2013)
Season 6 review
This Season was downright amazing! It hit the expectations I had and carried on. My favourite episode was S6 Ep18 "Suicide Squad". This was because of the use of previous characters and how they had tied it all together. It was also shocking to find that Holt had been demoted to patrolman. This ending was the cause for my 9/10 rating. But still I loved the entire season and I'm glad the producers decided to continue it.
Avengers: Endgame (2019)
Excellent Movie!
To say the least, it brought so many story lines together and had brought the MCU to a rebirth of sorts. Saddening parts like the loss of Tony Stark and the end of Steve Roger's reign as Captain America. 10/10 . ( I would have given it a 12/10 but the scale doesn't go high enough). Amazing, well thought out and emotional movie.
