Denmark (2019)

First half wonderful

I had this movie on my watchlist pretty long time so I kinda had some expectations from it. One day I had a really small amount of time to watch something so this was when Denmark came in.

The descriptions made me pretty interested.

The first half of the movie was great. There was exactly what I wanted to see. Good jokes, amazing scenery, and the actors were really good. But as soon as the main character moved to Denmark I realized that it will not be my type of movie as in the beginning.

The movie changed into some empty and uninteresting romantic comedy. If it kinda kept at least some tragicomedy from the beginning it would be much less painful to watch. I do not the type of person who cares about romantic parts in movies and if I do then it is one of the best to be ever made. I don't care about some poor social drama and the biggest problem was that they completely left the point they were trying to make at the beginning.

In the beginning, it was around 6.5 to 7.5 but it dropped cause of the second half that it had.

Bullet Train (2022)

Well critics were wrong

First time I heard of this movie I was a bit worried. I started to think that Brad Pitt is starting to play in some weird movies because the world does not take him seriously as in the past. One week before the movie got released I saw the score on Metacritic. It was something around 50. I started to be skeptical about the movie and thought it is not worth my time. A few days after release I heard some people saying that it is quite worth the watch. I believed them and decided to make my friends join me. Sadly I had to not bring on the reviews because they wouldn't have gone.

Now I can say that the movie surprised me in a very good way. The cast was amazing and Brad Pitt once again showed the world how amazing an actor he is and how can he do a huge amount of different roles. The performation of other actors such as a Tyrre Henry and Taylor Johnson were also really good. Throughout the whole movie, you could see Leitch's signature style. His style of humor was very well handled in this movie. There was also a huge amount of surprising scenes.

Since this is a review without spoilers I will not say anymore so u can be surprised as I was. Go check it out, guys.
