Should be called Bear Planet

I enjoyed the acting, and the very pretty ladies...:) But the plot, and the actors "supposedly" being prior military are very, very disappointing. I just don't see how you can take years of military training, experience, and common sense and throw it all away on a woman you just met, and it happens to 2 of the "Elite" fighting men. It also shows bears running around, and for some reason, we just cant see them, or, gosh, freeze up, twist an ankle, or fall down and get eaten. Please...people wander off by themselves, cannot seem to handle the "weapons"....(which by the way are a 20th century combat shotgun, a rifle with a scope, a six shooter pistol, and a sub machine gun pistol) And darn it if the "New laser rifle", malfunctions as they get to the planet...darn..( a sci-fi cheap way of keeping costs down, they must still be sending most of the money to SG-1..hmmm..) I would skip this one. Just my opinion.

The Best series that Sci-fi has done too date.

I loved this show from it's first airing, and I always looked forward to watching each episode every week. The plot, characters, writing, special affects were outstanding! Then the sci-fi channel screwed up yet again and canceled a very entertaining, well written show. I say bring it back, I know all of the actors would come back. I would suggest buying the DVD's, I am. I hope the sci-fi channels executives get word of these comments, and realize that they need to be more involved with their viewers. I only watch one show on that channel now, (Ghost Hunters), but I am fairly sure that shortly they will cancel that too.

I was interested in this movie because it had one of my fav actors..(Lee Majors) and was hopeful that it might be good. Well, within the first 5 minutes of the show, I knew that it was going to be total garbage. I still sat there watching it though, just soaking in the bad special affects, bad acting, horrible plot, and the cheesy sets. I myself having spent several years in the military, and associating with government types over the years, I have never, never, met a gorgeous woman in a special ops unit, special forces unit, or one that is on a crack commando team, that was one of the warning flags flying during this movie. This movie is not even worthy of a Razzy award it is so bad. The sci-fi channel...or should I call it the SG-1 channel..(because that seems like the only show it wants to play now), should be ashamed. Bring back the Invisible Man show!!!! Invest in some more quality shows again! Nuff' said.
