Kimetsu no Yaiba Katanakaji no Sato-hen (2023)
Are you all keeping up?
I've seen countless reviews saying that this was just a cashgrab since it was three episodes cut together, but it was made fairly obvious that this was the plan. The studio announced a world tour of special screening in which Entertainment district arc episodes ten and eleven and episode one of the Swordsmith village arc would be shown. This was never a new movie, but a screening of past episodes and a sneak peak at the new season. There isn't going to be a new movie, the season starts airing in april. Most of you are using crunchyroll and since it was their official youtube channel who put this information out there you should already know this.
The Last of Us: Long, Long Time (2023)
Important and beautiful
This was a masterful depiction of two very important characters from the original story. And if you disliked this because of the gay part, then shame on you. If you disliked this because of the missing action, then I'm sorry but you won't like the rest of the show. The Last of Us isn't a story about people fighting the infected for survival, it's a story about love, people and purpose. We're gonna get A LOT of mindless gunplay and violence but also a lot of emotion and love.
When writing the original story Neil Druckmanns philosophy was "Simple story, complex characters", so if you can't enjoy humanity and character development unless it's based on violence then you won't like this show.
Minions: The Rise of Gru (2022)
Maybe the best ever.
I am speechless. Maybe one of the best movies I've ever seen. Minions: the rise of Gru hits every spot. It's funny, loveable, creative, intense and scary at times. One of the good ones.
10/10 Morbius.
American Psycho (2000)
More than murders
This movie is not about a murderer, its about a sick man questioning his reality, his life and his identity. It's about what people priorities and to what extent someone would do something for success.
The movie keeps us guessing and shows us how our "hero" Patrick cries for help but everyone is too self absorbed to care.
Wild 'N Out (2005)
Really funny, for target audience that is.
All these bad reviews come from mainly 50 year old white males that can't take a joke nor understand black culture and humor. Cast members roast white people and blame everything bad about society on them. And thus these white critics get mad and gives a bad review. I, a white teenager finds the show hilarious and whilst it's true that some jokes get repetetive they're always entertaining.
If you're not a person of color and can't take a joke then go somewhere else.
