Gargi (2022)
A well crafted family drama with a legal case in the backdrop
A determined daughter, who is herself a victim of child abuse, is out there to rescue her dad accused of rape.
A loving dad much respected in society and working as a watchman is accused of rape.
The movie is beautifully crafted taking us through the trauma of family members of people accused in rape. The movie equally takes us through the emotional situation of family members of rape victims.
A gripping way of story telling with a beautiful ending.
Kaduva (2022)
Severely low graded adaptation of a real life story
A glorious life story has been depicted as a mockery due to commercial interests of the makers and the greed of its producers.
Prithvi looks comical in his character. Vivek Oberoi fails to recreate his charismatic villain in Lucifer.
The dirty mindset of the people behind this movie was clear in their depiction of a differently abled character.
Real Prithvi and the kind of social image he has created are very much different. It is so uncivilized to use a differently able character to add severity to a dad's character.
Overall its an avoidable movie.
Jo and Jo (2022)
Fun Family Entertainer
A well crafted and well executed comedy movie.
Great acting skills that keeps the story well told.
Novelty in comedy.
Good editing that kept up the fun in the movie.
Altogether, a great watch to sit and relax, feel good.
Kanakam Kaamini Kalaham (2021)
Very bad moview
1. Bad direction
2. Failed comedy
3. Boring
4. Irritating
No one can make a movie worse than this.
Nivin has forgotten acting,
Poorly told story.
The movie was horrible to watch. Luckily it is in Ott. I had to skip to the end to check if the ending would be good. Sad to say, it's a disaster from beginning to end.
C U Soon (2020)
Amazingly realistic and an eye opener
Its a movie about vulnerability and survival instincts.
Its also about strong women and how their willpower rescues themselves, and fellow humans from predators.
It has subtle elements of respecting space, identity, love beyond all conflicts and the need for mutual respect.
No over acting.
No distractions.
A direct reflection of reality, well acted by the director and his actors and equally well delivered by the crew behind.
I tell you, none of your predictions will go right about the story; - primarily because actors of this movie does not seem to be selfish to change scripts for their advantage.
