Read Between the Lines
24 March 2002
Warning: Spoilers
Note Spoilers ahead; This movie is not so much a horror flick or monster movie but a story of incest......read between the lines..at the beginning of the film the sister could not keep her hands off her brothers underwear in the back seat, several times glancing back noticing his jock shorts and touching them, always talking about them until he settled the situation by saying they were for the mom to wash, and the brother always making sexual remarks to excite his sister then trying to get her to talk about her relationship with her x-boyfriend, that was just the beginning, then there was the touching, when she held on to his ankles while he peered down into the pipe, sexual tension was building as she could not keep her eyes of his butt, but only let go when attracted by the rats...the Creeper really represents the tortured fantasy they have for each other, something to draw them close so they can hug each others bodies...half way through the film again they witness the Creeper sniffing the cloths of the sister and brother...it goes on through the whole movie, he eyes her body all the time, her touching his chest, they long to kiss you can feel the tension. .This is an example of a director exposing his personal experiences with incest and placing them on the screen for all to see. Creepers is Creepy.

The New Avengers (1976–1977)
In Love with Joanna Lumley
21 August 2001
Loved the 60's version a real mind trip and lots of fun with Steed and Emma...the only reason I viewed The New Avengers was to watch the resourceful, witty, beautiful and ultra-feminine Purdey played by Joanna Lumley, plain and simple.

Best Movie This Summer
3 August 2001
WARNING ...for those who watch brain dead movies...A.I. is not for you !!!...There is story, there are characters, there is feeling between you and the movie because it asks you to participate by thinking and enough special effects to make you part of Kubrick and Spielberg's world for over 2 hours. Someone has done their job, and done it well, when you leave the theatre remembering what you saw and discussing it. BRAVO !!!!!...Saw Planet of the Apes..Tim Burton shame on you for delivering such a piece of trash to the public, think first before trying to make a fast buck... it sucked...Jurassic Park made me barf...Michael Crichton please write the next chapter of this series and have a REAL director behind the camera who can create a piece of work rather than a fast paced Saturday afternoon kids movie..Here is a secret to all directors from one director to another...make your special effects part of your film..NOT STAND OUT FROM IT ...blend and weave your script and if you can't do that, get out of the business and sell hamburgers. Thank you.
