Loki: Glorious Purpose (2021)
What you expected and that's what you got
Tom Hiddleston is one of the best actors in MCU and here he is even better in his skills. This is a show which seems to have potential to be better than Wandavision or TFATWS.
This episode begins with few kinda childish minutes but it gets literally better with each moments. It is filled with some really clever and well written dialogues and expositions. And some really hilarious scenes which can make MCU fans laugh out loud intentionally/unintentionally.
The story focuses on an alternate Loki who escapes with the Tessaract in an alternate timeline after the first Avengers film. And he is caught by Time Cops for messing timelines and preventing what was supposed to happen.
Enjoy Loki 👍 facing his own demons.
This episode is a lit for MCU fans and ofcourse Loki's too.
Tenet (2020)
Grandly entertaining.
Tenet gave what people expected. A mimd boggling sci fi experience along with some of the most revolutionary stunts ever filmed. Although sound mixing could have been better.
The performances are awesome and I think Kenneth Branagh played a larger than life villain. It was a brilliant character.
To appreciate all the details the movie needs it's audience to watch it twice. And that's no problem because the movie is one hell of a time conceptual masterwork.
Game of Thrones: The Iron Throne (2019)
Emotionally satisfying ending against all the odds.
The most hated episode of Game of Thrones imo. Well people mostly hate Bran. But hey he was not now Bran we knew anymore. He was now the third eyed Raven. So !
Visually this episode looks great. And emotionally man ! The scene where Tyrion finds out Jammie and Cersie dead on the floors of now nearly destroyed King's Landing made me teared up.
Also the fact that Jon always wanted to go to the Night's Watch in the beginning of the series really echoes in this episode. He goes again there but now gone the days of charms. Jon did a decision (he had to). But that dragon knew Jon didn't do that thing but Iron Throne did.
The meeting of Jon with his long Direwolf buddy is a nice touching moment.
I hope people will understand that the ending is hated for nothing.
Game of Thrones: The Bells (2019)
Completely misunderstood and unnecessarily hated.
She is the Mad Queen.
One can argue that there should have been more episodes in last season for Danny's character development. But I say no. I think madness is instant esp for characters like Danaryes the mother of dragon. She came too long to take what was hers "with fire and blood" as she said herself in earlier episodes and begins to feel that not everyone is excited for the Targaryen girl. Starks and Lannisters are the defacto owners here. One of them brutally killed her best friend. And that's the moment. The moment when the daughter of Mad King got mad. Because such madness is instant and not requires days to develop.
Watching those destruction reminds me of 9/11. I was praying for Arya whole time. God !
Game of Thrones: The Long Night (2019)
Intense ! Dark ! Epic
Winter has finally came and so the long Night. I watched it back when it aired on TV with near full brightness. What I realized is that lightning problem just creates a realism and more tension in the scene. The music , the direction , acting , emotions 💔 everything is top notch here.
And that Theon part was just one of the best moments in the series. But in the end , it is all Arya Stark's moment who makes a badass moment in the end. My girl !
Game of Thrones: A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms (2019)
A masterpiece
What is Game of Thrones most famous for ? Yeah violence ofcourse , but most importants are it's complicated characters. Just imagine your favorite characters sitting in a room debating life of each other just before the an inevitable battle against Night King.
Most of the episode is set in a room or just characters in conversation and that's the greatness I think. The acting , the music and the atmosphere of the show completely set the mood for 'The Long Night' episode which is I think one of the most intense battle ever despite of it's lightning problem.
There is a scene where Arya and Gendry makes love. This scene is very controversial among fans and I think that hate is not fair.
The world of Game of Thrones is dark and brooding , and in this episode characters know that they will either to die or win tommorow battle. So an iron lady like Arya like every girl want to enjoy the life. She obviously know that world is just not sword fighting and blood shed.
This is the best episode of S8.
Game of Thrones (2011)
Most addictive and emotional TV show ever made
Lots of people have criticised how the show ended. Dany Fans think this is the worst finale whereas Tyrion and Jon Fans think it is okay.
For me it was emotionally satisfying ending , it could have been more awesome, but still good.
Dragons , king, mystery , complicated characters GoT has all you want. Watch Battle scenes so intense that you would pray for your protagonist life whole the time. Witness some of the most complicated characters ever written executed with brilliant performances.
We have Breaking Bad , Sapronas but we don't have any other show as GoT and neither there ever will be.
