Trigger Point: Episode #1.1 (2022)
It's good, but...
So far this show looks promising, but every time it begins to build tension, it cuts to adverts. Really disappointed that this isn't being shown on BBC...
Doctor Who: Flux: Chapter Four - Village of the Angels (2021)
Best of Flux
I have to admit that was probably the best of the series as the weeping angels are such unique villains and give the best scares. However, it is a real shame that they have removed their mystery and claimed that they are operatives for the division. They serve best as villains who work on their own behalf. Also, what the heck is that about the doctor turning into a weeping angel lmao, her acting still sucks too.
Doctor Who: Flux: Chapter Three - Once, Upon Time (2021)
Garbage
Yet another confusing and disappointing episode. The Doctor snapping at anything Yaz says, making herself seem like she has no friends to help her through her problems, and acting terribly for 1 hour really let this episode down. Flying from 5 different time perspectives and trying to explain a bad story was the most boring thing to sit through. If I had to give a positive about this episode, it has to be the angel for the little amount of time it was in the episode. Seriously cannot wait for Jodie to leave she is beyond cringy and the worst actor I have seen on this show. The next episode looks really good so we can only hope this won't let the show down even more. At least that episode isn't fully written by Chibnall.
Doctor Who: Flux: Chapter Two - War of the Sontarans (2021)
What is this fluxing rubbish
Another hour wasted on this trash. Seriously don't know how any fan of this show can say this series is good. The only good thing about this serious is the visuals which are starting to get a lot better. Jodie's acting is so bad and her lines are just so cringy. I really wish chibnall could write doctor who but every season has been a failure and the ratings show this. Just over 4m turn in for this rubbish and as a fan of the show I only watch with the hope that it would get better. Too many flaws in this episode, for example, Dan gets chased by multiple sontarans yet only 2 go round a corner where conveniently his parents are ready to hit them in the probic vent which they just hear from a random drunk guy. Such bad writing it's unbelievable and that's just one example. It was nice having a Sontaran story after so long but it's a shame the story sucked ass. Thanks Chibnall.
Doctor Who: Flux: Chapter One - The Halloween Apocalypse (2021)
Bring on RTD
Everything about this era just sucks. Jodie and Yaz just can't act and I have to feel sorry for Dan who gets introduced to the worst era in the history of this show. The opening was the biggest load of ballocks I have ever seen in an episode of Who. Every line Jodie says is just cringe and doesn't give off a "doctor" vibe. The Sontarans voices don't sound right for the character and I don't like how they changed the designer of the weeping angels. Just hoping that their stories are good for the sake of the villains. The CGI is a meh for something that is only 6 episodes. I've seen better in 23 episode serials.
Night Teeth (2021)
Why such bad reviews?
I actually really enjoyed this movie from someone who loves vampire movies. Cinematography was good, visually great and had a nice story. A happy ending that made me smile and sets up a possible sequel. Just hope that the poor reviews don't stop it from being greenlit because there is a real lack of vampire movies being released.
