The Lunch Date (1989)
funny
A woman who misses the train eats a salad at a cafe. A man is eating her salad while she is taking a fork. But she also eats it. When they finish eating the salad, he brings her coffee. And when she leaves the cafe she finds something left behind, and when she returns there it is. There is no salad on the table that was left behind, and there is a salad on the table next to it. That is not her salad. I sympathized with the frustrating scene where she couldn't get on the train in the first scene. It was interesting that a woman with a sickness was eating a salad with a man. Also, the facial expressions of the characters are very expressive. It was fun for men to eat salad together without getting angry with the attitude of women. I was also surprised at the last scene because I thought he ate her salad.
Fish Out of Water (2005)
fish of water review
The young man commutes every day by rowing to avoid traffic jams in the
morning. A woman is waiting for him as he goes to the boat stop. He lets
her on the boat, and takes her to the opposite bank. The next day, not only
her but also a fat man are waiting at the boat stop. He lets them on his
boat and takes them to the opposite bank. The next day, four people are
waiting at the boat landing and he takes them to the opposite bank. The
next day, they wait for him but he doesn't come because he swims to his
workplace instead of rowing a boat. Finally, he hands the fish to the
fishing woman who is watching him at work on the pier. It is
interesting that a fat man has an elephant on his tie
emphasizing his heavy weight. It was fun to solve the problem by
swimming and going to work in the last scene.
Spielzeugland (2007)

German Heinrich, whose Jewish teacher teaches the piano, and Jewish
teacher's son, David are good friends. Heinrich's mother can't tell her son
about the
Jewish internment, so she says they will go to Toyland. One morning,
Heinrich goes missing and his mother desperately looks for him. She thinks
he has followed David's family. She calls his son's name on the train
sent to a concentration camp. It is David, not Heinrich, who comes out.
She picks him up and goes home. His son didn't follow David's family.
The story ends with a scene where Heinrich and David are playing the
piano. I was impressed by the facial expressions of the people on the
freight train and the appearance that they didn't resist. I thought
Heinrich's mother's actions were courageous. I was nervous when Heinrich's
mother desperately searched for her son. I was surprised at the
content because I could not imagine from the title Toyland.
Three Days in Kamakura (2012)
hree Days in Kamakura
There is a couple, David and Keiko, in Kamakura, but there are no
children between them. He works in a nursery. One day, the mother of a
boy named Jay doesn't come to pick him up even after the nursery hours
are over, and he tries to contact Jay's mother, but can't get through. On
that day,
there is news that there is a train accident in Kamakura and some people
have been killed. David takes Jay back to his home for now, while wondering
if the mother was involved in the accident. Keiko, David and Jay have a good
time together. The next day, David calls Jay's mother again, but he
still can't get through. He proposes to Keiko to take Jay and live in a
different place, but Keiko says Jay has his family and her family is only
him. After hearing that, David is convinced and calls the police, and
Jay is picked up by his father. While this story describes the
conflict between people, I'm glad that it also describes the connection
with people. It is interesting to hear about menopause on the radio and
to be able to guess that Keiko might also have menopause.
J'attendrai le suivant... (2002)
I'll Wait For The Next One
A woman envies the couple who she passes on the escalator at
the station. Then she gets on the train. Suddenly a man begins to speak
to the people on the train. At first, people think of his actions as
performance, but he claims he's just looking for love. He says he has
wealth, but he is tired of a lonely life so looks for someone
who spends his life with him. Along the way, he discusses love with
another man and finally tells the passengers to get off the train if you are
interested. The woman sympathizes with his speech and goes off at the
next station, but he doesn't do it. In the end, his speech was just a
performance. When I saw this movie, I remembered that if people fall in
love, they will not be able to make normal decisions. It was sad that
she was lonely from the beginning of the movie to the end of the movie.
There is no culture of performing like this in my country, so when I
first saw it, I was surprised that his behavior was a performance.
Knick Knack (1989)
Knick Knack review
The story of this movie is about a snowman who falls in love with a doll
girl. He tries to get out of a snow globe to meet her in person. He
initially tries to break the glass cover by pulling paper to
get out, but it doesn't break. Then, he can't even get out of it
with a hammer or drill. Eventually, he tries to escape with dynamite,
but the snow globe falls from the shelf, and he can escape from it, but
falls
into a fishbowl. There is a mermaid doll and he falls in love at first
sight, but the snow globe lid falls from above and he is trapped again.
A Moment (2012)
a moment review
This movie is a story to commemorate the victims of the Great East Japan Earthquake.
By using people of various nationalities as the characters, I thought it expressed that on the day of the Great East Japan Earthquake, regardless of nationality or age, many people thought about that day and the people who died on that day. I thought it amazed that they were able to tell the story of the Great East Japan Earthquake using only the date displayed on the smart phone. I thought that the characters' expressions and actions were different before and after the scene where they offered a silent prayer. Before the scene, it was dark at night and their expressions were sad, but after the scene, it was daytime and their expressions became brighter and their smiles increased. Even without the sound, I could feel the sadness and sadness of the loss of their loved ones. I felt that the film tried to convey the message that people can live looking towards the future, even though they may feel depressed when the day comes, no matter how many years have passed.
Whacked (1998)
surprised
The film begins with a scene where people walking down the street
suddenly fall down. The reason for this is that a man who works at
a golf course is playing golf on the roof of a building. In other words,
the reason why people fall down is because the balls he strikes hit them.
He doesn't feel bad about it, and doesn't care that people are hit by the
balls.
He is just happy that he makes a hole-in-one. In addition, in his head,
he even hears the sound of applause for his achievement. When I saw this
scene, I thought he was a crazy man to do this. The fact that the reason
people
fall down is because of the golf ball he hits was unexpected and
interesting, but when I saw the word "victims" in the end roll, I
thought that movie left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

This story is about a human being kidnapped by two aliens. I sympathized with the alien when he was taking a test where he tried kidnapping a man but he failed because of the many levers, and I wanted to cheer for him. I thought his depression and anger when he fails it was just like a human being. This movie reminded me of a driving school. It was also interesting that the boy who is almost kidnapped by the aliens does not wake up no matter what they do to him. In the middle of the movie, there is a scene where the room is a mess and the alien instructor cleans it up in an instant, but then I thought that he should fix up the boy's house before going back to space in the last scene. It is a short story, but it has a funny ending, and I thought it was a great story that people of any generation and any country could understand.
