First Man (2018)
9/10
Excellent Biopic of the Human Face of Neil Armstrong
20 October 2018
If you want a gut wrenching all action film, move along. This film is a honest and sobering look at the man who was first to step on another world. It shows how the untimely death of his daughter clearly had a massive impact on the man, just as the death of others in the program did, Yes there is the view that blowing the hell out of everything would make it "better" somehow, but life is more mundane than that. Whilst these where all household names, they were also men, fathers, husbands, friends and they had normalish lives away from being blasted into space - people should remember that most of what they did could be deemed as "boring" compared to a rocket launch. This is an excellent film and a pleasant change from the usual tripe Hollywood trots out these days.

The Handler (2003–2004)
10/10
Great Show, Great Cast, Nice scripts..
29 January 2007
Great show, the cast was good, just a real shame that CBS was myopic and cancelled it before it truly established itself. When will the exec's of these companies realise that good TV with good actors and scripts should NOT be cancelled because they don't think enough of it.

Joe Pantoliano was excellent in the lead, truly acceptable ad totally believable, Hill Harper was good in the suppoprt role, as where all the cast. Story lines were nice and crisp, not too much useless information, and it showed that the characters had a life outside the "office". The show had some real potential but cancelling it after only 14 episodes is simply foolish. Bring it back CBS.
