Tales of the Walking Dead: Blair/Gina (2022)
Horrible
How we got to this point is beyond me? But I guess if you consider how FTWD took a big poop, shouldn't be surprised. Episodes 1,2, & 3 are painfully awful.
Untold (2021)
A good spin on Manti, which he deserves
Heard about this doc on The Jim Rome Show. I never had a full grasp as to the extent of crap that Manti went through. Definitely casts Manti in a better light. My only problem with the doc is it seems as if they try to make Ronaiah a victim. She most definitely is NOT a victim. She all but ruined Manti's life for his own amusement. All Deadspin did was out him, they weren't the bad guy, Ronaiah was. The only thing Manti was guilty of was being a bit naive, which is not a crime. Glad Manti got some redemption.
Fear the Walking Dead: Amina (2022)
Awful
The writers for FTWD should be fired. The scripts are awful. This whole Padre/Strand's tower plot line is horrible. Pathetic. A few years back, it took a good turn with some cool characters. Now, the decisions these characters make are down right stupid. Show is not watchable now.
The Grudge 3 (2009)
Waaay better than Grudge 2. I enjoyed it.
Caught Grudge 3 last night on the Universal channel. Figured I'd give it a few minutes of my life. After watching Grudge 2 I swore I'd write off this franchise. I ended up really enjoying this movie. Shawnee Smith establishes herself as one of the ultimate Scream Queens. To this day those slithering bodies and the noises they make still give me the heebie jeebies. What's really kind of funny is if i'm not mistaken they continue to use the same Japanese boy for the 3rd installment. But you can see he is getting bigger. The plot is pretty simple and not hard to follow. And of course they left room for a Grudge 4. An all around fun movie.
Sons of Anarchy (2008)
Great show, a must see
I DVR'd SOA and I forgot I had it saved. I finally watched the 1st episode last week and I was hooked 5 minutes in. The show is a mix of The Sopranos and The Shield. The acting is top notch and as others have said, you find yourself rooting for the "bad guys" just like The Shield and The Sopranos. How cool is it seeing "Peggy Bundy" in a hardcore role? I also like the way there are several story lines developing, which allows you to attach yourself to several characters. I am anxiously awaiting season 2. My only fear is they may have gone to deep too quick, with lines in the club apparently being drawn with Jax & Piney vs. Clay, Tig and the hardcore members. But we'll see.Bring on season 2.
