The Beekeeper (2024)

People don't understand

This was a good movie. People don't understand, the Beekeeper, shows the corruption of Big Tech, the Government, how they are tied together, to screw over citizens. The FBI are bumbling idiots, hired dumbies, who are poorly trained. I don't know if the writer and Stathom intentionally meant to show the real world through a fictional movie, but they did.

Many poor reviews on here are probably from from people who were worried about the popularity of this movie and how others have connected it to corrupt politicians and corrupt companies.

Hopefully well written movies, with good action & decent actors will continue down this path. Following the lead of Walking Tall, Death Wish, the Equalizer (original & reboot) the Saint (original & reboot) plus others.

The Traitors (2023– )

It's ok

A "reality show" where group of 20 work together while 1 or more are traitors. At first we are lead to believe this kind of a who done it type show. But it isn't.

It's an ok show. It's not really a gripping show, because they reveal who the traitors are in the first show. It would've been much better if the viewers didn't know who the traitors were. This way viewers would be guessing who is bad, & who dies.

It's ok to watch though, to have something on while playing board games, reading, or back ground noise.

Majority of the "celebrities" I did not know.

This show had much potential to be a 9 or 10 out of 10.

Prey (I) (2022)

Would've been higher rating if the ending was better

Started out pretty decent. Predator was badass. Bear cgi could've been better, but the fight between it & predator was rad. My biggest issue was, the girl couldn't kill the lion, the bear, but kills Predator, 1 on 1? The brother who was a better hunter, fighter, tracker, dies fighting Predator.

Predator kills everything in it's path, but the girl? Naw dude, ending would've been better, if the girl, her brother, & the tribe had killed it.

Oh boy

Hopefully there is less Cara. Her acting is atrocious, and there isn't any chemistry between her & Selena. They are making it to obvious that it's Cara, so it could be a swerve.

How does no one see a 4-5ft long, 3ft wide vent?

Ironically the chemistry between Steve & last seasons killer is better that Cara's & Selena's.

Victoria's Secret: Angels and Demons (2022)

It's interesting. I would've given it a high rating, but the director & producers seemed nervous or unwilling to admit a closer tie between Wexner, Epstein, & others. 1st 2 episodes they completely portray Epstein as blackmailing, using, and manipulating Wexner. Which is untrue, & the viewers who have listened & read articles from Webb, Glass, Ramsey know this.

They also paint Victoria Secrets as struggling from MeToo movement and the "desire from inclusion, diversity, & equity" in models. Which is also crap, & a misdirect, to confuse the viewers and take the blame off of Wexners close ties to Epstein, Maxwell, & Israeli Agencies.

The show had the potential to show Wexner & VS in the same light as the A&E doc on playboy & Heff, but maybe Hulu was scared. Watch the show & then read/listen to Whitney Webbs work & William Ramsey's work.

Oh boy

Like many others here, even those that has given it high ratings for some reason, I'm not liking the direction the show has taken. Martin, Short, Gomez are still good, but Schumer is horrible. Not funny, can't act, and is so bad, it's distracting.

Why is Mable now bi-sexual? Where's Oscar? And why is the new girl, in the show, making out with Mable? Doesn't seem like something the Mable character, who was painted as a loner, not trusting of others, would be doing. Just odd & confusing.

'Til Death: Hi Def TV (2010) Season 4, Episode 9

Even though season 4 isn't the best, Woodcocks are gone, less Kenny, this episode is probably the best in the series. Doug thinking they are actors in a tv show is hilarious.

What Happened, Brittany Murphy? (2021)

Really bad

Just bad. It contradicts itself. 95% of the doc is about how controlling and horrible of a man Britts husband was, discounting her mom Sharon lived in the house. If the husband's reclusive & controlling life led to her death & possibly to his, why wasn't the mom affected because she lived there? Murphy (supposedly) died of anemia & pneumonia, 5 months later the husband (supposedly) dies of anemia & pneumonia. The mom says it was toxin from mold in the house but the mom was affected? This whole documentary is a hit piece to blame the husband, who died the same way. And let me remind the readers again, if you watch this documentary, don't forget the mom lived in the house with them.

Worse Star Wars ever

Disney continues to destroy Star Wars legacy with each new show/movie. I don't know how the hell this show is rated at 8.4, other than Disney & Lucas Films paid people to rate it 10 before it came out or on the first day.

Third Sister can't act. She walks around and talks like she's in a ghetto movie made by Master P.

Chase scenes are ridiculous, a waist high branch stymies a kidnapper And The Inquisitor is killed in the 2nd episode?!?!?!

Another attempt to rewrite history on governments involvement bringing drugs into U. S, better to read Gary Webbs book about the Bush's & Clintons Living in the country, I've heard many older men telling tall tales & embellishing what really happen, this "documentary" is no different. We are suppose to believe a guy who was high with lsd, weed, coke, shrooms, was flying planes & remember what happened?

Do better HBO.

Oscar (1991)

Underrated

Watching on hulu. Such an underrated gem. Well written, great casting. What happens when a mob boss has to go legit. Set in 40's ish it is hilarious. Oscar has to balance going legit with family turmoil, getting his crew to be upstanding citizens, & a meeting with business men.

Reacher (2022– )

Solid show

I've read all the Reacher books. This was much closer to the books. Allan isn't as ugly or as massive as Reacher in the books, but he's close in size & well, hollywood won't hire an igly leading man.

I don't know why people compare this show to a true detective show like Criminal minds. It's not that type of show and wasn't intended to be. It's fun, action, heart felt, & good.

What's New, Scooby-Doo? (2002–2006)

Last of the good tv series

After this series, it's mostly the movies for me. I wish they would do more tv series like this. Fun, colorful, leans into poking fun at itself. Animation was good, guests were funny, supporting casts were fun. My only complaint was Shaggy & Scooby eating veggie burgers & fake meat. Just doesn't seem like their characters would be into that. But still WB bring back this style of the gang.

With Steve Martin & Martin Short, I expected this to be really funny. But it wasn't funny. I made it through 1 episode and partially through the 2nd & gave up.

Jungle Cruise (2021)

Meh

Such potential. It tried to be like the Mummy, with a splash of Jumanji & Pirates of the Caribbean. But failed. Blunt isn't funny, but is stuck up and a know it all. For some reason we are told her brother is gay, has nothing to do with the story. Johnson tries hard, but isn't funny either. Trader Sam is now female, not sure why.
