Animation: 5/10 The animation in Regular Show is distinctively retro-inspired, paying homage to classic cartoons while adding its own unique flair. Too bad the animation is not fluid and it is computer animated and it's a bit rushed and tries to be "cool". It may be also a bit Calartsy at times.

Timing: 9/10 One of the standout qualities of Regular Show is its impeccable timing. It's like a mix of anime+Looney Tunes + UPA cartoons. The small problem that it's that besides using Traditional cels, also uses Flash animation and also some recycled scenes/props/characters/poses but I think that this toon makes Codename Kids Next Door look like Disney.
