The Next 365 Days (2022)
Enough of these now please
What can I say, the ending was not an ending at all. "Are you back baby girl?" Roll credits!
The movie should have stopped at part 1 but for some reason NF decided to take them over and make a mess of them, part 2 was just an extended music video and part 3, although better was not worth watching, Olga was funny but what about her partner Domenico? Did his character even speak? We barely saw Massimo and Laura turned into a cheat who blamed everyone but herself for her actions.
I really hope that this is it for these movies, this one ended leaving it down to the viewer to decide what happened so let us just leave it at that, the book fans can chose Nacho, the movie fans Massimo.
365 Days: This Day (2022)
No way near as good as the first part
The first half an hour or so is just s** and music, hardly any dialogue and basically zero plot, the bit where Laura finds Anna with the twin who she thinks is Massimo just doesn't seem right, Laura being so headstrong would confront not run, plus she was kidnapped and held against her will but willingly goes off with a complete stranger who she soon fantasizes about when she sleep and if anyone is a cheat it is her because she kissed Nacho!
The movie differs from the book so not sure how part 3 will work because as we all know (well those who read the books) that Laura ends up with Nacho because her and Massimo end up having more problems because he had to chose between her and the baby which did not exist in part 2, now this could still work with the movie even though plots have been changed because what we have seen in the 2nd part is that Massimo and Lauras attraction was and is purely sexual, they are already having marriage problems before she does a runner, now with Nacho there is a massive difference, he treats her right, he looks after her and she is attracted to him and not from force so it really could work that she ends up with him but sadly I think Netflix will bow down to the Anna and Michele shippers and have Massimo and Laura together instead which imo is wrong because they have zero things in common apart from rough s** and her a bad case of Stockholm syndrome. Nacho and Laura have much more of a natural bond and it would be good if they actually do stick with Blankas original ending.
Gabriel's Inferno: Part One (2020)
Love every single part of these movies
Firstly in response to the reviewer who thinks these are all fake reviews this, maybe they need to understand that the book world has a fan base, I am one of many who created an account just to review this movie!
Anyway on to the movie itself, what can I say, the chemistry between the two man leads is amazing, the scenery is outstanding, the storyline loyal to the book, so glad that PF is bringing these books to life and look forward to more.
