Super Mario Galaxy (2007 Video Game)
8/10
Best Mario Game Ever
13 June 2023
Maybe I'm biased cause I don't play a lot of Mario games, but I swear there's almost no Mario games coming close to this one. I haven't played Super Mario Odyssey since I've never even TOUCHED a Nintendo Switch, but it looks good. I also briefly played the sequel to this but lost it. Mario Galaxy was on the Wii which was a weak (but amazing) console, yet still it pulls off being amazing. The setting is different, instead of the Mushroom Kingdom and we go to Bowser or Peach's castle like most Mario games, Bowser instead takes us into Space exploring different galaxies and planets, all of which having a different setting and feel. The Wii's motion controls are integrated perfectly in this game, the spin attack is pretty fun as well, knocking over a goomba then kicking them into Star Bits is satisfying, as well as it allowing us to jump higher and correct our movements. If utilized correctly this move can be pretty useful. The soundtrack is, oh my just so amazing. Sometimes even when I just go to the mission select when going to a galaxy, I just sit there for minutes just listening to the music. The visuals too are pretty good for a Wii game in 480i quality. There's also so many galaxies and missions to do, it takes a while to finish and that's a good thing. If a game has lots of content that takes time to 100% that's a big plus in my book. Something modern games struggle to do *cough* halo infinite. I'm not the best at summing up why some games are good, but trust me if you like plenty of levels to beat, platforming, Nintendo and the Wii and it's motion controls, this is going to be one heck of a ride for you.

Fallout 3 (2008 Video Game)
10/10
One of the Best Games I've Ever Played
20 February 2023
Now if I'm being honest, this game is really more an 8 or a 7, but because of nostalgia, and for me at least, the good outweighs the ugly, I give this a 10/10. It's not exact for everyone, some people say it's "Not a true RPG." And I can see where they're coming from, but if you're able to get past the lack of choices in the game, it's fun. But, I digress. So when I first got this game, I was just blown away by it. Just like when I first played Skyrim when I was just around 7 years old, and my dad was already a big Morrowind and Oblivion fan, Skyrim was awesome. And now with Fallout 3, I felt the same once I stepped out of the Vault the first time. Now I'm taking a while to get to the point cause I guess, it's hard for me to figure out what I should say about this game, and how to say it. But I'll get into the good things. First off, the Fallout franchise as a whole (until Fallout 76) is just awesome. The world pre war being that of a retro futuristic 50's America is awesome, and the call out to humanity's behavior and tendency to go to war, and our other mistakes such as overusing the Earths resources bringing humanity to the brink of extinction, and how greed is a major factor into that. Some of that is made more of a theme in Fallout New Vegas, which is even better than this game, I already made a review on that. The story while some people don't like it, I never thought that some 19 year old leaving the vault to find his/her dad is a bad story, not to mention what the story turns into. Eventually, it becomes a bigger picture besides just finding our dad, and into bringing clean water to the wasteland, something which we take for granted now, is almost impossible to find in the wasteland ruins of Washington DC, like the water crisis in third world countries. This game is also fun if you don't want to be left sandwiched into making a decision as to how a game ends and make it straightforward. I remember when I was really young, I didn't like Fallout New Vegas cause i thought it was boring, and confusing as to how to get a good ending, and side with certain factions. But in Fallout 3, if you like open world exploration and rpg elements, but want a linear storyline that's simple, that's good for you. There's also just a lot to explore, collect, and just do besides explore and loot, such as buying decorations for your house. Also random quests like making a survival guide for Wastelanders. Anyway onto the bad. Like I said with the story being linear, if you DON'T like linear stories and want to make decisions, then that's a negative for you. Gunplay is also pretty bad, I've gotten used to it so personally it's not a big issue for me, but it definitely could use some changes and be far better than it already is. Unique weapons look no different from each other, some people have shocking said before that the graphics are bad as well, which I don't think it's bad, maybe a little mediocre for a 2008 game sure, but I've seen way worse, and it's still playable. But i guess if some of you are sensitive about how your graphics look, that's a negative, but I rarely hear anyone complain about it and this really shouldn't be a negative, but I supposed I'd include it. Overall though this game is just plain great in my opinion and many others. It's one of those games I could go one for hours simping for, but I won't do that. Just know that if you are a fan of Open World RPGs, and like storylines then you'll enjoy this so long as you can get past lack of decision making, gunplay, and quote on quote "bad graphics."

Actually not bad
19 August 2022
Is it silly? Yes, but it's intended to be a silly more kid friendly Batman movie and it does that great, but people hate on it for being silly. Don't listen to those reviews its actually a pretty nice movie. Is it a masterpiece? Not really, but if you're okay with a more wacky, light hearted over exaggerated Batman with a silly tone, it should be okay. I haven't seen Batman and Robin yet at the time of me making this but when I do I'll make a review.

Best FPS Game(s) I've Ever Played
10 August 2022
Better than pretty much all of CoD. Now Black Ops 1 and 2 are pretty much equal now, but MCC is awesome. Halo are nostalgic for me and so many others. When I first got my Xbox 360, I loved Halo 3, when I was bored and going through hard times, my dad got me Halo 4, another game I enjoyed. Then Halo Reach. That's one of my favorite games of all time. In Halo you can play online like any other fps, campaign has always had good stories and deep lore not to mention how fun it is to play these campaigns. Forge is where you can modify a map to your liking, and that combined with Custom Games can make for free creativity. Forge combined with Custom Games can make for awesome game types like Trash Compactor, Ghostbusters and so much more. With Custom Game Browser you can play with so many other people on these games which increases fun factor, and then Firefight is your average waves game type like Call of Duty Zombies, but still fun nonetheless. Not to mention you can customize waves and difficulty and on Halo Reach firefight you can even play as the enemies! Now if the difficulty is set to let's say Easy, you stand as little of a chance as the AI do, but it's still awesome! This is just awesome in every way. While I prefer Open World, this is a good way for me to get my fix of first person shooters. If you like FPS Games, you'll love this. If you are a FPS fan and don't like halo, I don't know who is. 10/10 without a doubt.

Call of Duty: Black Ops (2010 Video Game)

Awesome CoD
9 August 2022
Now there's not much I have to say in this review because it takes what Call of Duty always does and does it better. It has a good campaign with good characters. Fun multiplayer. However my unpopular opinion is that I though zombies was meh. I love World At War zombies and Black Ops 2, but I've for whatever reason not cared for BO1 zombies. Anyway, it's a great game. You love shooter games or Call of Duty, you'll love this. Same for Black Ops 2 which is a masterpiece. Plus this is worth $20 now, so it's worth the money.

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim (2011 Video Game)

One of the Greatest Games of All Time
9 August 2022
Best game of 2011 hands down, and arguably the greatest game of all time. Now it probably isn't my favorite and really is tied with Fallout New Vegas, Red Dead Redemption 2, Halo Reach and Call of Duty Black Ops 2 in my opinion. They're all my favorite games I've ever played really. In Skyrim there's so much to explore and see, not to mention quests and dungeons, collecting items, crafting items, the grind in the game is satisfying and the perk and levels system is pretty much perfect. The main quest is fun and due to the amount of things to do in the game which I've still yet to 100% complete the game, but as a result this is why I'm on only my second playthrough. Always picking imperial as my go to characters. Next time though I'll probably due a Khajiit or something. Not to mention most versions of the game people have now allow mod support so just get mods to make the game more immersive, realistic and fun. Which most of the mods in Skyrim are there to improve the feeling of the game and fix bugs and such. This game not to mention is one of the first major games I've played in my life making the nostalgia strong, probably making me a little biased. But please hear me out. If you're fine with medieval/fantasy genres, and you love open world RPGs you will indeed play this game religiously. Now I don't really use the DLCs much cause since I just got Special Edition with DLC I've yet to try them, but from what I've seen and heard I'm sure they're great as well. I've used Hearthfire and it's not much to offer but what it does bring to the table is cool. I love building a house to my own liking. I just wished we could build in more locations. Must buy game.

Red Dead Redemption II (2018 Video Game)
10/10
Best game of all time whether you like it or not.
29 July 2022
WARNING: This review is likely very long cause I'm long-winded about certain topics.

First off if you don't think this is even in the top 10 for best games you live in your parents basement, sit on Twitter all day, have never seen grass, eat dukie and your opinion simply doesn't matter.

The soundtrack isn't much but it's really great, it's tone changes perfectly for every moment, it truly immerses you or can even relax you. When I hear it I feel like I'm truly in the Old West or in some rural frontier area.

The locations of the game may not be real but they certainly feel real due to them being based on real states and regions mostly in the American Frontier. Lemoyne being based on the southern United States notably Louisiana and part of East Texas in my opinion. I mean c'mon tell me the Scarlett Meadows doesn't feel like a Texan countryside or Bayou Nwa doesn't look like southern Louisiana's swamps and wetlands. Especially Saint Denis feeling just like New Orleans. Now New Hanover's regions. Roanoke Ridge is obviously based on the Appalachian mountains which I agree, but it is mostly based on the U. S. interior Highlands like Ouachita Mountains and Ozark Plateau. Heartlands based on various plains states like Oklahoma, Kansas and Nebraska. But the northwestern side of it feeling more like the high plains of Wyoming, Montana and The Dakotas. Cumberland Forest feeling like forested areas in the Black Hills of South Dakota and Rocky Mountains like Pikes Peak Colorado and Wyoming. Ambarino's 2 regions, Grizzlies East is based on the Black Hills (once again) and Grizzlies West being based on a variety of Rocky Mountain areas but it seems more similar to Wyoming and Colorado especially due to the Ghost Towns. West Elizabeth's three regions. Big Valley feels like a mixture of the Sierra Nevadas and Colorado. Tall Trees obviously based on Big Trees state Park in the Sierra Nevadas due to the abundance of Redwood trees. The Great Plains I'd say is based on the plains in East Colorado, East New Mexico, West Texas, and West Oklahoma. Ok finally New Austin and ill stop ranting about locations. Hennigan's Stead definitely based on Central and West Texas. Cholla Springs being Southern Arizona like the area around Phoenix and Tucson. Rio Bravo feeling like southern New Mexico and the area around El Paso Texas, and Gaptooth Ridge based on the Mojave Desert of California, Nevada, and some of Western Arizona. Ok I'll move on now, but these regions are all different and unique from each other and I just love exploring them.

The environment, what else is there to say other than it feels.....alive? There's always wildlife and birds chirping, the random encounters are realistic. A random guy in the woods might challenge you to a race, some Outlaws might ambush you at a bridge and try to rob you. A bear might come out of nowhere and attack. You never know what you can encounter but you know that the wilderness is actual wilderness and not just trees being placed around and called a day. Plus my god the graphics, no other game has better graphics.

The story I'll avoid since I'm going spoiled free, but Arthur is the best gaming protagonist of all time, you feel his emotions, and he actually has a backstory. The antagonist as much hate as they get they are a person anyone can hate, but they have their moments where they're not always being just a sadistic person just so there can be an enemy, they actually have personality and hell I kinda liked them at the start of the game besides a few racist statements and smart Alec comments. Dutch the leader is also charismatic and also a really great character.

Red Dead Online is fun, but so long as you enjoy spending money on the one currency that you pretty much can't play the game without, or you can grind for it. This currency is gold. Which you can grind for literally an entire day like me and I guarantee that you will only get 15 which is almost nothing. Not to mention the occasional griefer. Its not as bad as GTA Online but there are griefers so it's best to stay in defensive mode when you can. Plus now that Cockstar has said that they've pretty much abandoned this game which they could probably make more money off of than GTA if they put work into it, Red Dead Online's future is dim.

In my opinion, there is no better movie.
14 July 2022
Heath ledger's acting is literally mind blowing, the writing and story is so awesome, joker backstory theories, Batman was at his coolest in my opinion here. His suit, just perfect balance between both Bruce's egos, however his voice was fine in the dark knight but in rises I finally got outrageous. But there are sad, slow moments, action, fast paced moments, I like the realistic version of Batman, no, I've said literally enough. If you haven't watched this I don't care if you're not a superhero fan, Batman fan, movie fan, if you like entertainment, you WILL LOVE the Dark Knight. This movie would be a 50/10 if I could and Batman Begins is not very far behind at all making that one my second favorite movie of all time. Plus this movie isn't that expensive to buy since its a little dated now so please, give Christopher Nolan the money required to buy this masterpiece. Watch this now.

Joker (I) (2019)
8/10
I don't even know what to say
14 July 2022
All I know I can say is that this movie is good. Seeing how unrealistic certain things seem and others seem believable which we find out some of the movie may not even be real later on, but it does show the dark world joker lived in where he was outcast and prejudiced by society and mistreated just leads to his collapse of sanity and becomes Joker, or so we think. But the movie is good despite the confusing plot and I think DC or Batman fans will definitely enjoy.

Fallout: New Vegas (2010 Video Game)
10/10
One of the best games of my lifetime.
9 July 2022
This game is great for fans of western settings, and dystopian settings. Good story, tons of choice and variety, so many quests to do that affect the game's ending, tons to explore, tons of awesome items to get, replayable af (I've done about 15 playthroughs) in my opinion as I describe it, The Definitive RPG Game. The only other RPGs that can contest with this game in my opinion are Skyrim, Oblivion, and Fallout 3. Very great game. I did reviews on the DLCs, all of them were good except for one. I literally just can't get the perfect words from my mouth. Great story, much to explore and do, fun DLCs, what's not to love? Not to mention it actually feels like you're in a Roleplaying Game, cause you can join other factions, choose other minor factions to join you as you gain their trust, and the Courier doesn't have too much backstory to him/her so you can imagine any background to your character. Very awesome game. And this game costs $20 since it's dated now? Buy this game and it's DLCs now except for Dead Money which I did a whole review on too. I hope this helped.

Edit: Also don't listen to the people who say it has bad graphics, yes it was dated by the time of it's own release, but it's still playable. Morrowind had bad graphics but was considered one of the greatest RPGs ever made. Plus gunplay isn't very great but you'll get used to it.

REALLY good.
9 July 2022
This and Honest Hearts are my favorites. Old World Blues has a good story but sometimes the quests can be kinda boring, tedious, and the story is too long. But a lot of awesome unique and common weapons, good characters, plus some OP perks at the end? Yes please. This could've been the best had it not had those few quests that drive me kinda nuts or get boring. But worth every penny. Really good and highly recommend for fans of some comedic elements, sci Fi, dystopian and of course fallout fans.

Pretty decent but nothing special.
9 July 2022
Really it has great uniques like the Courier Duster, Ulysses Duster, his mask giving tons of rad resistance, new weapons, plus the Elite Riot Gear, boss fight with Ulysses is fun, and Courier's Mile gives you tons of good loot. I'm not as good with reviews on DLCs as I am base games, but this is indeed good. Not a masterpiece or anything like mind blowing, but it's good and enjoyable.

One of the Best DLCs for Fallout NV
9 July 2022
Not much to say but I like the setting, story, good loot and uniques come from this DLC that's quick and fun. Plus a few small side quests. Like I said not much to say I but I can't find any real complaints about this DLC, worth every cent. Plus we have legend Joshua Graham here too.

Worst thing to have happened to Fallout
9 July 2022
There's too many issues I have with this DLC to even know where to start. I know some games are meant to be hard but I play games to chill not be a GTA Online tryhard so I can get any progress. This was unesscesarily hard and I'd almost rather play dark souls than this garbage. Then they make it unesscesarily confusing making quest descriptions super vague and there's literally nothing to help you get into the next area as an example. And then there's speakers and radios every where as if people have this many radios in their rooms in the year 2077. We have TVs now for goodness sake they just did that to make it harder. There's no good unique items, I can literally do a caps glitch and get 2 million caps instead of play through this trash for like a quarter of that. The story, I just don't even want to talk about this anymore. This DLC literally gives me a migraine it's so bad. Please listen to me and do not waste your money on this it's more worth spending your payday money on a rigged game of poker. I know I sound like a complainer but you don't believe me? Go ahead, play it. You'll soon go into madness like I did. I love Fallout New Vegas, but my god this is just so terrible it's better to have explosive kidney stones than sit down, mess up your back and neck trying to get past one quest for 7 hours. Peace, adios, I'm done. I warn you DO NOT PLAY THIS.

Fallout 4 (2015 Video Game)
8/10
Great but far from perfect.
9 July 2022
So I've yet to do an unmodded playthrough so i'll do a vanilla playthrough and probably do an update afterwards. Story is weak af and is a reverse of Fallout 3. But it's great at the point where to side with one of the four factions and start getting into all that stuff. Railroad sucks so I recommend not doing that faction. But the settlements system is really fun, some people say no one uses it but that's a lie I find 50 videos of settlement builds on YouTube a day. There's much to explore, it has probably the best fallout DLC ever made, Far Harbor, Automatron and Nuka World are decent, and the workshop DLCs just add some stuff for settlement building making them the worst but still nice to have. The game crashes, a lot. If you have 10 mods installed good luck getting to Diamond City or going on the freedom trail or finding Goodneighbor. Without mods the downtown Boston area gives me like 20 FPS at best, its very unplayable in Downtown Boston and really ticks me off. But there's still other cities to explore like Cambridge and Lexington. There's also more variety of armors and weapons, tons of perks, great setting, my god that soundtrack. Well not all of it's music is all that good, but music like when you first walk into Diamond City gives me chills and the feeling that the old world is gone, but people are trying to make another. Hope. The Minutemen are pretty much farmer rip offs of the Minutemen of the American Revolution but they're actually probably the best faction for the Commonwealth. Sometimes Preston giving me settlement quests over and over is actually pleasing cause sometimes I get bored and need some quests to do but other times I try to have a meaningful conversation with Preston and he'll tell me about 4 different settlements that need me. Plus the game is buggy as hell, but it's Todd Howard's creation, am I surprised? Whatever the bugs are still playable sometimes, plus there is the Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch mod that fixes many bugs. The modding community is pretty cool aside from certain ones. You'll know the, uh, weird mods when you see them. But some are cool like adding Halo Spartan Armor or changing the Commonwealth into the Mojave Desert with the Minutemen becoming the NCR. Either way it's a great game and I'd love to enjoy it more, but just be warned, especially if you play on console, it will lag and crash your game a bunch making it hard to enjoy a lot, so it's best to have a very low number of mods Installed or none at all. But great game and highly recommend for fans of dystopian settings like me. Hope this review helped without spoiling much.

This was the best movie I've ever watched while bamboozled at a college party
15 November 2021
I still feel high as a kite right now after watching this movie but I think this was actually real. But this was like such a great movie. Perfect animation, best voice acting I've ever heard, and omfg the story. It was so freaking good. And the movie was just so realistic. This movie is the best thing I've seen since tropic thunder and this movie even puts that to shame. 100% worth the money. Buy this now and this is prefect to watch with your family if you wife isn't sidetracked watching reality shows during all of it. 10/10 bruh.
