Generation Loss: The Social Experiments: The Choice (2023)
Phenomenal
I just don't really know what to say, it was amazing. To do the level of work they did, LIVE, is just incredible. Every moment introduced new tension to the story, and every bit of calm was preparing for the next rush. And they managed to do this All the way to the climax of the show, with an even more climatic and shocking ending, that had so much of the audience stunned. The choices we made and the choices they made mattered, with very tangible outcomes throughout the episode, leaving us to think about what we've done.
It was a lot better paced, a lot higher quality, and a lot higher stakes than the prior episodes and well, a phenomenal end.
Andor: Reckoning (2022)
Great Characters, Great Episode
It was just such a well made episode. The first 2 were a slower pace than i'd like but it all built to this.
Starting with the Corporate Security Officer landing on the planet his novel field experience is swiftly displayed as he blunders though his speech to the security team & gazes at the planner like a lost child, stepping outside for the first time. In his self-righteous campaign to capture a suspect, he let his guard down & got captured. With a lust for revenge his subordinates opened fire on a fleeing vehicle only to be caught in an explosion with the suspects detonated it. As the officer stepped onto the scene he had a terrible realization in his eyes as half of his team was out-of-action, the suspects were nowhere to be found, and he himself was nearly killed, the situation had very quickly deteriorated. This was not gonna be the boot polishing, trophy-winning operation he had hoped for, no, it was going to be hardship after hardship.
The Mandalorian (2019)
Amazing
The Mandalorian makes me hopeful for the future of Star Wars. The cinematography as well as the music in the series is just phenomenal, it's all just put so well together.
