The Five (2011)
Explore the days headlines from different points of view
I I really enjoy the back and forth banter about the day's topics. It gives you an insight into the day's headlines. At some times, things get a little heated, but for the most part this is a very entertaining show and you smile more than worry. Especially in today's climate.
Clifford the Big Red Dog (2021)
An old-fashioned feel good movie for the family.
I was fond of the Clifford the Big Red Dog books as a kid and later, as a teacher, I once dressed up as Clifford! My first dog was a very small puppy, the runt of the litter who, after a Year's age would be very big! LOL when I saw that Clifford had made it onto the big screen I was happy, but this wasn't the type of big Hollywood Blockbuster that people would automatically associate with. This is just a good sit-down with your dogs have down with your family or just yourself watch the movie have a good time smile laugh and even tear up a couple times. The cast works the CGI works and the story really works. At the end when they show the credits, there are some illustrations that remind us of the connection between the movie and the books which was a nice touch. If you want to get away from all the negativity in the world right now, and there's lots of it, watch this!
