Medium (2005–2011)

I feel like I've become one of the Dubois

What other can I mournfully say, than Medium is over.

Some shows have a binding capacity. You watch them on weekly basis and from the beginning you don't care so much for the show, because you think it'll sooner or later get uneventful or exaggerated. But once in a while you find a show that you continue watching, and somehow a part of one's identity gets connected to the show. And that's how Medium have gotten an impact of my life.

Of course there have been many ups and downs, and far from all episodes have been extraordinary. But most of them have in some way touched me. For me, the ending of season 3 was an eye opener, when Neve Campbell entered the show for three episodes that put Medium on the map. Since than I've been spellbound by the show. But the heart wrenching in endings like in season 6 and 5, somehow came true in the last episode.

Like all series finalés, there' will be those who hates it, those who loves it or those who just tuned in because there wasn't anything else on. But I loved it. It wasn't an easy one to love, due to all the sorrow and misfortunes. But I'm glad they didn't settle for a "rainbows-and- cookies-for-everyone"-ending. That just wouldn't be Medium. It was heart wrenching episode and tears waited to burst out the final ten minutes. But at the same time it was an amazing episode and an amazing way to end such a great show as Medium.

Medium, I'll never forget you.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Forever (2001)
Season 5, Episode 17
10/10
One of the finest hours of television ever
22 August 2008
Becoming part 2, was only the beginning of heartbreaking Buffy the Vampire Slayer episodes.

I have waited so much for The Body episode and I was astonished, but not as much as the rest of the IMDb viewers. The Body which got a higher grade than Forever, is a bit understandable, but not completely.

Still Forever is not a episode for every watcher, it's heartbreaking, mournful and gives you guilt. When I watched it I could not laugh to Americas Funnies Homevideos (AFV) and that is actually rare(!) It's different from the other episodes, because there is just a minute or two of violence. But in the end you forget about it, you just want to be with Buffy and hug her and lie and tell her that everything is going to be fine, when she falls down to the floor, broken-hearted.

An unforgettable episode in TV history...

Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Beer Bad (1999)
Season 4, Episode 5

Don't drink...
15 May 2008
What the... This episode is one of the worst BtVS episode ever.

This episode had only one point - don't drink and that's it.

I have never seen an episode as bad as this one on BtVS.

As almost all episodes there often is one moment which makes you laugh and yes - there where some here too.

But there is got to be a reasonable plot - which unfortunately is missing here...

Revenge is the main plot - and we all know that it never ends good.

Even the sun has it marks and this is BtVS biggest mark.

I give this episode 3/10 but it's a really weak three.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Fear Itself (1999)
Season 4, Episode 4

One of the best BtVS episodes
12 May 2008
I didn't know what to expect of this episode. Well as most of the names of Buffy episodes you don't know what to expect. But what I saw was beyond of what I had thought it would be like.

Humour, Horror and Happening aren't they the greatest combination for an episode? Fear, itself contains more of it.

I haven't laughed so much - because of a Buffy The Vampire Slayer episode! But as well as I laughed I was a bit scared (though I am not so easy frightened).

For me this is one of the greatest BtVS shows. But talking about best BtVS episode - every episode has one emotion. The emotions that Becoming Part 2 gave me and many others are incomparable with this one.

Anyway, this is a episode that MUST be watched!

Buffy the Vampire Slayer (1997–2003)

The best show - ever
6 May 2008
I first saw Buffy the Vampire Slayer when I was very young, but even though I thought it was a bit scary I couldn't stop not watching it.

When I some years later saw the show I was fascinated. I have always been into mystical stuff for example Charmed but I must say Buffy was so much better.

It shows us the life as it is, problems we face in our every day life and The Scooby gang which from the beginning til the end was unseperable.

I think this is the best show ever made in the turn off the century, and it is a show that changed my life - that made me fight. I perhaps don't fight vampires, but I fight my problems.

Buffy the vampire slayer is fulfilled - there is humour, sorrow, violence and romantic the perfect combinations of a show. The plot is great.

Thank you Joss Wheedon for directing Buffy and selecting the great actors Thank you the Scooby Gang for making my daily life more giving! Buffy 4ever

Buffy the Vampire Slayer: The Zeppo (1999)

Over the top?
18 April 2008
I am a real Buffy fan and have almost watched all the episode. But one of the episode that dissatisfied me is this one. I don't know why it have such a great grade, 8,7/10.

This episode was for me, a plot which could be very good, but instead went wrong. This episode is over the top. Much is happening during 40-45 minutes, for me it was too much. This episode is concentrated much on Xander, and well it would turn up great if Buffy and the other one wouldn't interfere with that. Instead they almost take more place than Xander, because they have a greater "mission" than him. And this episode was quite unfair...

The Scooby gang totally ditched Xander in a subtle way and hey the Scooby Gang should do everything together, mortal as immortal. For me this episode gets a strong 6. It doesn't reach a 7, unfortunately. Josh Wheedon exaggerated to much, at least for me.

She's baaaaack
31 March 2008
Finally Medium is back after the "holiday". Just when Medium got its best episodes ever, there was a season finalé. I haven't lost my confidence in Patricia Arquette and I bet this season is gonna be really good, if they just continue as before. I think they should continue getting guest stars in the show, Neve Campbell did a great job acting. First I was so glad that our medium finally got a friend but she turned out to be a real bitch. Why can not her sister Courtney Cox Arquette make an appearance, but only if she not overshines Patricia, which could happen, though she was a character in the people loved series F.R.I.E.N.D.S. Anyway you go Patricia and let us laugh, cry and be frightened!
