Oppenheimer (I) (2023)

Long-winded movie

It's a 3 hour movie which is long-winded, so make sure you have snacks and drinks at hand. Storyline takes a long time to develop. The movie is filled with lots of well known actors whose acting is phenomenal. What I like about the movie is how they played between timelines. They also played with black and white scenes and the definition of the color scenes are great. I would have liked seeing more about the actual event of the first two bombs that fell which Oppenheimer and his team designed. It is a very dramatic movie. There is sex scenes in it, so be mindful about it parents, as well as cursing.

Grease: Rise of the Pink Ladies (2023)

A family friendly show

This show is based on the popular movie named Grease. The T-Birds and The Pink ladies is showcased in this show.

It's cool to view a TV show that's family friendly and it's a musical as well. It's also a TV show where teenagers can relate with, because the show portraits problems which teenagers have to face. There's more drama in the show, than laughter.

There's a lot of original songs in the show, it's refreshing. Would love to have the soundtrack. The actors also play their roles exceptional well.

If you're into musicals, teenager drama, culture from the 1970's, then this show is for you.

Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile (2022)

A good family movie

If you're looking for a feel good movie or family movie, then this is the one to watch.

Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile is filled with music, laughter and action. The story line ensures for life lessons to be learned.

It's family friendly because there's no swearing, no references to any sexual orientation and no violence. Just pure family filled entertainment.

The movie have no animal cruelty in it and the characters are all loveable and you as viewer will fall in love with them all very quickly.

Make the popcorn, get the drinks, gather the family and start this movie. You will be entertained. Enjoy!

Ticket to Paradise (2022)

A comedy filled movie

There haven't been a film like this in a while. You start laughing from the get go, right through to the end of this movie. This movie have two iconic movie stars in it namely Julia Roberts and George Clooney. You can never go wrong when you decide to watch this or any of their movies.

The story is funny, lighthearted entertainment and a must see for a date night. If you're older than 35, you're going to enjoy this movie due to the iconic movie stars.

This movie reminds me of the clean comedy movies in earlier years without swearing and references to perversy.

Your children can watch this movie as well.

A Man Called Otto (2022)

A very sad movie

This is a very sad movie. There are many moments you want to cry in this movie and I will even go as far as to say that it's a very depressing movie.

It's a well written movie and the story is flowing seemlessly from one moment to the next.

I like the story told about Otto and the supporting characters which fill the story with color.

I do recommend the movie, the story is great and makes you realize that we as younger generations, need to look after the elderly and reach out to our neighbours. A story filled with love and care towards your neighbour, your fellow man.

A good watch with your teens and up.

Unprisoned (2023– )

Not worth your time

It's such a dissapointing show. It's supposed to be a comedy show but I am not laughing when I watch it. The main character's daughter in the TV show is a frustration because of her phycology views and struggling to show respect to her father.

I don't like the swear words either in the show. It's not a show for a family to view together either and these days that is what we want. Wholesome shows to watch with your family.

I do have sympathy for the main character who tries to get his life in order after being in prison multiple times but his daughter makes the show unbearable to watch. Three out of ten.

Puss in Boots: The Last Wish (2022)

Funny and entertaining

A funny and entertaining movie. There's so much action scenes and the story development is well thought out and written. Puss in boots character ensures entertaining the audience. You will be entertained by old and new characters, even nostalgic ones which the writers blown fresh air into.

Children, teens and adults can watch this movie. It makes for a great family movie.

There's also scary moments in the movie that might scare kids under the age of six. This movie also have hidden life lessons within the movie which children and grown ups can learn from. A definite movie to put on your watchlist.

Season two a disappointment

I miss the character, Gordon Bombay in season two. I think that is the main reason why season two is a disappointment, that and the storyline of season two are lightweight. There is no body to the season's storyline. It still stay a good show for children up and to the age of fourteen but for adults, from season two I do not recommend. You will be bored and wishing for more excitement. Maybe if they bring back Gordon Bombay and the characters of the movies, this show might get better in the future. Hope Disney see this. Would really like to see an improvement to the show's storyline and characters.

Quantum Leap (2022–2024)

Dislike character

I dislike the character, Ian Wright so much that I can't bear to watch the show. It would be great if they change this character and rewrite it. Special effects of show is great and modern. The main character do leap into other people's lives, just like in the first Quantum leap in the 1980's. There was a lot of action in first episode and I like the main character and his wife, great actors and characters. Regarding Ziggy, it was a twist surrounding it's code being complicated and also Sam that could not remember whom he was. They do try to stay true to the original series but only time will tell.

A Tail of Love (2022 TV Movie)

A love story

It's a good love story. The villian within the story make you cringe with anger but it's worthwhile to watch the movie if you're a Hallmark movie fan.

Good, well known Hallmark actors within the movie.

A good adventure movie

An adventurous storyline with lots of nail biting action. Many things happening that you won't see coming. Movie keeps you interested.

Movie have profanity language in it, keep that in mind if you consider watching it with your children.

Good storyline where the story unfolded in ways that the viewer would like. Te characters are interesting and the scenes in the movie were filmed in beautiful places.

The actors who played the character roles did a great job.

A Cinderella Story: Starstruck (2021)

Not worth your time

Story line is dull and blant. They tried to modernize the original Cinderella but they failed big time. Maybe is good movie for very young children under the age of 7 but older audiences, give it a miss.
