Maybe the worst episode of the series so far...
4 October 2012
This episode was like I was watching another show! So boring and unfunny that I couldn't believe it! Where is the charming and witty humour that was characteristic of the series till the 4th season? Even the mediocre 5th season was much better than this lame episode, which contained awkward, flat dialogues and the characters looked "numb", even Sheldon wasn't himself, but a rather lesser version of himself!

My opinion is that the second characters (Bernadette and Amy) should get less screen time. The quintet of Leonard, Penny, Sheldon, Howard and Raj produced all the crazy laughs until the 3rd season and the other people were just supporting, they should keep up with that. I hope that the writers will come to senses and remember the spirit of the series until the 4th season

The most unfunny film I have ever seen in my life
29 July 2010
I was really bored and I wanted to kill my time, so I decided to watch Forgetting Sarah Marshall; I liked the concept, too, as I had recently broken up with my girlfriend...It was a sheer disappointment. Dull, uninspired, TOTALLY unfunny and pretentious. Silly characters --> especially Aldous Snow!! Oh come on, what is this?? It's a shame!! And childish reactions overall. What people found funny in this film is beyond me! And I am challenging many of you, especially you who consider this crap a good comedy, what made you laugh here? I didn't even smile in the whole film and I just wished it would end, I just contrived to watch it all out of curiosity, to see what heights stupidity can reach. People with sense of humour, please do a favour to yourselves and avoid this pointless, dumb flick

Ruined by the ending
19 May 2010
Warning: Spoilers
What came across to me as a very engaging film, was ruined by a disappointing and abrupt conclusion. The movie succeeded in keeping my interest undiminished from the beginning until the last 2-3 minutes. The director didn't even make the effort to explain to us why the hero ends up like this, what happened; even if this is the original ending of the novel, at least he ought to support it by giving us a slight clue. Instead, he preferred to rush it and leave us wondering. Overall, the movie is good, I loved Maria's acting, looks, style, the fresh air she brought to the film and the way the two characters interact and develop their, eventually platonic, relationship.

The Round Up (2010)

I can't understand the low rating...
28 April 2010
OK, it's not a superb film but, all the same, it is a decent depiction of the extermination of the Jews in Paris. The acting is very good, both by Jean Reno and Melanie Laurent as well. Even the child actors give good performances in general. There is nothing special or surprising regarding the plot, and most of the themes have already been presented effectively in other films, but this fact does not make the film bad in any way. The film manages to hold the tension and it succeeds in being moving at the same time. All in all, I watched this movie with undiminished interest from the beginning till the end and I think it deserves a higher rating than 5.6/10, as well as your attention

Put off by the scenery...
12 December 2003
This movie is great and surely remarkable food for thought but I was put off by the theatrical scenery...I'm sure that it would have managed to cause a much greater effect in a realistic world rather than chalked walls and invisible doors...I would have graded it with a 9 or 10 but now I suppose it deserves an 8/10.

Uninteresting...
22 February 2003
I found this movie quite dull and the only reason I give it a 6/10 is Michael Caine, whose performance was admittedly very good, and the second half which just aroused my curiosity and kept me in the theater to watch the ending. OK, I won't remember this movie in the long term

What a shame...This movie was one of the worst I have seen in my whole life. Comedy??!? They just spoiled the mummy legend with silly jokes instead of an atmosphere of mystery they should have given to the film. 1/10 (I can't imagine how much worse the sequel can be! But they say it is!!)
