Dune Drifter (2020)
Its okay i guess
Its not that bad, the acting is decent. The plot is your basic. Stranded on a planet trying to get saved space movie. But my god is the CGI, and the costume design horrible. The helmets look like they are put together with hot glue.
But overall if you are just looking for something to throw on for a bit while you're cooking dinner or something. This is a good candidate for something like that.
Man, these review character requirements really make you type alot of extra junk, does a review really need six hundred characters to get the point across? I mean i made my point about two hundred characters ago.
One Piece (2023)
Was skeptical but they changed my mind.
After the initial trailers were released i was really skeptical about the casting. Their hair looked fake as heck and Nami and Sanji didn't look quite right. But after watching season one that was all put to rest. This is by far the best live action anime adaption i have seen. The guy who plays Luffy brings great energy to the character, and really plays the part well. The actor for Zoro is probably the best out of the bunch. Has the look and the attitude for Zoro down to a T.
Overall review is a 10/10, it follows the story pretty good compared to the anime and doesn't change any characters for netflix's usual checkboxes. Highly recommended live action anime.
Zombie Apocalypse (2011)
Laughably Bad
The movie felt like it wanted to be good. But the special effects and props made that nearly impossible. One of the main characters uses a katana, like all those other cliche badass chicks in zombie flicks. But the sword looks like one of those little plastic katanas you got at the dollar store in the toy section.
It has a surprisingly good cast of actors but with the bad cgi there really wasnt anything they could do to save this movie.
So in short. Its worth a watch if you have no other worthwhile movie to watch and you really want a zombie movie.
And you can ignore everything after this i had to add some more text to reach the stupid required word count.

Fun movie. Annoying kid.
Like so many movies before it. They add an annoying child whos only purpose is to add conflict, drama, and just generally be a little s***. This completely takes away from the fun aspects of the movie, by literally ruining every possible encounter the main character has through the whole movie. The whole movie just becomes a big long "Get kid out of stupid problem that they got themselves into" This is one of the most annoying cliches you can do in any movie after adding a kid into the mix. Kid doesn't follow directions. Runs toward danger. Runs away from main character. Ignores all directions and just tries to get themselves killed.
Kinda redeems themself at the last 1/4 of the movie. But that annoying kid cliche still annoys me.
Zombie House Flipping (2016)
Manufactured Drama Galore
I really enjoy the renovation parts of the show. But for some reason they feel the need to throw in constant, obviously fake, completely manufactured, over the top drama and fake construction issues along with exaggerated building issues. I don't really understand why so many reality shows like this feel the need to stage all this fake drama and conflict. The show would have been great if they just focused on the home rebuilds and not on the reality TV garbage. Because of all the manufactured drama and issues i cant really give this show much more than 4 stars. They only get that because i like the designer guys builds.
Ame o tsugeru hyôryû danchi (2022)
Good Art, Bad Characters
This show could have been good if they didnt rely on unruly children being annoying and bickering the whole time to create drama and obstacles.
The art is great, the theme is unique. But the characters are just completely unbearable.
The children all looking back at their life remembering their best memories when they are like 12 years old is super annoying, they make them reminisce like they have lived these long traumatic lives full of woes and hardships. These are kids, not 50 year olds meeting up for a class reunion.
Kid being a jerk to everyone just to be a jerk. Other kid being a jerk just because hes selfish. Other kid being a jerk because the other kids being selfish.
The only likeable characters are the ones that seem more like side characters just there to fill the empty space.
Into the Dark: They Come Knocking (2019)
Stupid kids ruin movies.
Movies like this make me hate children. Movies that rely on stupid kids making irrational stupid decisions that almost get everyone killed time and time again are just so annoying, Makes shows like this just unwatchable. It was hard to even sit through this borefest, just spent the whole time wishing the kid would get killed so the normal rational people would be able to get out of there. Do not waste your time on this garbage.
Bla bla bla this has to be 600 characters to be posted, hopefully this rambling got me there. And i still need more words so here are a few more words to get me to 600, when did they make the review requirements to extensive?
