My Father and My Son (2005)

My father and my son, this movie had a huge impact on me. It definitely left an impression that I will never forget for the rest of my life.

First of all, I would like to say the following about the movie, this movie tells a perfect father-son relationship. At the very beginning, it is obvious that the beginning and the end of the story is tremendous.

If I talk a little bit about the story, we have two characters in the lead role, Sadik and his father Hüseyin. The character of Sadik goes to Istanbul to study, then he has a son and then he has to return to his father and then we watch how the father and son relationship happens.

Finally, would I recommend this movie? I would definitely recommend it, it is the most beautiful and sad movie I have ever seen and if you want to cry, watch it.

Black Swan (2010)

I just want art movie

While the movie could have been very good, they added an atmosphere of unnecessary fear and tension, I understand why they did it, but I didn't like it at all, it didn't draw me in. Why don't they make art movies?

As for acting, I have to say that Natalie Portman did a really good job, also Vincent Cassel did her part.

I want to open parenthesis again, the movie is actually good but the horror scenes are like watching another movie.

And finally, would I recommend this movie? If you're looking for a movie like "Whiplash", you've come to the wrong place. But no, if you want to watch something nice and different, this movie is for you.

The King's Speech (2010)

Simple but artistic

I don't know how to start, I guess I'll start with the way the movie was shot. The shooting of the movie was tiring for me because the camera angles are a bit unorthodox, normally the camera shows the person in the middle or wherever they want us to focus. This movie does the opposite.

After the first half hour, the tempo rises a little, but then drops again. The story is very simple and predictable in the first hour, of course the fact that it's a biopic also plays a part.

One of the things I like about the movie is that it conveys to the audience that the kings have no qualifications, but that they are still important to the public.

So do I recommend the movie? Yes, a must watch movie if you are interested in royal history.

Ex Machina (2014)

Strange

This movie disappointed me a bit, actually I didn't expect much from this movie, but as I continued to watch it, my expectations increased, but unfortunately this movie couldn't pull me towards the end.

The movie moves at a slow and calm pace. Although it entertained me at first, I eventually got bored and started to move forward by saying come to the subject.

Coming to the plot of the movie, a man is chosen for a private job and taken to a remote home called a research base. There is a boss in that house and he is asked to test the artificial intelligence woman, who is his boss's experiment.

Finally, would I recommend this movie? If you like slow paced movies, yes I would recommend it.

The Last Samurai (2003)

Surprised me

I'm really surprised by this, I don't normally like history and war movies but this movie is a masterpiece; The plot, action and acting are excellent.

If we talk a little bit about the movie, we can say that he (Tom Cruise) is a very simple American soldier and he actually understands how bad the Americans are.

Speaking of Tom Cruise, of course we have to talk about his acting, it would be an understatement to say that he did a really good job in this movie, we have to say he did a great job.

And we come to my last sentence, am I recommending the movie here? I will answer the question. It shouldn't be hard to guess my answer, of course I recommend you to watch this movie.
