Shinjuku suwan (2015)
This is a game changer for the genre. Bravo
A unique approach to a life with empathy for men being natural and women using their naturalness to service nature and their own economic well-being. There are many fact based documentaries which try to shock you. This fictional film gives men who are natural identities and shows that it never is too late in life to be natural and use what nature gifted you: beautiful women who toil hard and give of themselves to make a living and make you happy at the same time. It is called supply and demand within the context of humanity. The people who take care of the women get very realistically seen as working hard and giving of themselves just like the thin beautiful women who get a lens on them. It really is a gem of a film. Highly recommended. Beautifully filmed leaves a long impression. I wish women around here would get laser tattoo removal.
Ghost in the Shell (2017)
No way to justify a good rating
I always feel that, after original/creative viewed, there should be an ending and determination not to do cover versions. But seriously, there is no way to make this better. It's not well acted, it is not philosophical, there are no hot chicks, it is not funny, the canned Japanese cloning is the worst it's ever been, and, just...ugh. So, what is the point? To see at the beginning that this is based on Japan's Ghost In The Shell is just lame. That show was innovative and philosophical and great because of the anime chops, which this clone doesn't have. The only thing I enjoyed was the beautiful city they managed to somehow get to sit still long enough while filming this bore.
