The Shadow (1994)
overall good movie
most people who see this movie, do not like it. yet it does have it's moments. The Shadow was around long before Batman and all the other superheros who have made big screen appearances in the past few years. The sets have the glamour of art deco of the 1930s. The Shadow is played by the ELDEST Baldwin brother, Alec and he does an awesome job with the character. Penny Miller does a great job playing his beautiful sidekick Margo Lane. The soundtrack is great and really goes with the scenes in the movie. It's good to listen to by itself and just mellow out to.
Give the movie a chance before ruling it out, it might surprise you.
The Magnificent Ambersons (2002)
Very Nice and Enjoyable TV Drama
Film had it's strong and weak points. I feel that a different actor should have been used to play George. Jonathan Rhys-Meyers' acting seemed fake at times and he wasn't that good looking. The casting people should have casted a better looking actor with more films to his credit. Over all this film was a very good drama, I really enjoyed watching it. Jeniffer Tilly did a wonderful job playing Aunt Fanny, she was an asset to this film. She portrayed Fanny very very well, made it seem like Fanny was a real person. What a great actress! The best in this film, next to William Hootkins, Bruce Greenwood (I) and Madeleine Stowe.
Bella Mafia (1997)
A Nice Twist on a Mafia Movie. Very Nicely Done.
I loved the story line. Widows of murdered mafia bosses take over "the family business". You have to see the **boxed set** to fully enjoy, understand and follow the plot and storyline. In the single taper verion a lot of parts are cut out of the film and leave you hanging in some areas. This film had lots of drama for the ladies and action for the gents. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys a nice mafia film. A+
