9-1-1: Buck, Bothered and Bewildered (2024)
THANK YOU ABC!!!
I am speechless. This episode once again proofed to me, that the move from Fox to abc was the best thing to happen for this show. This episode felt light and happy but still had it's deep and emotional moments.
The crossover with the bachelor was fun and showed the team's dynamic once again. Not sure yet how to feel about the return of Harrys character but I could see this storyline evolving nicely.
I was very excited for this episode after the title and knowing it was a Buck-centric episode and I was not disappointed. Bucks jealousy towards Tommys and Eddies relationship made for some fun but also chaotic moments that ended in an amazing revelation for Buck. I love the way they are handling Buck sexuality and as a queer person myself it feels extremely nice to see a character like Buck (big, strong firefighter dude) going through this time of self discovery.
Extremely excited for next week's episode :)
9-1-1: Abandon Ships (2024)
thank you abc!!
Abc taking over this show feels like the best thing that could've happened. The new episode felt refreshing and gave me Season 1 vibes from the start. Love that we're getting more Buck and Eddie moments again and are seeing more of their relationship with Christopher. Also love the storyline that we're getting between Bobby and Athena that goes a bit deeper into their relationship. Really hoping that we're getting more of characters that were missing this episode like Karen, May and Ravi but this felt like a great start into the newest season and I'm very excited to see where we're going with this.
The Last of Us: When We Are in Need (2023)
Absolutely amazing!!!
This episode has by far been my favorite but also the hardest one to watch. Bella Ramseys acting was absolutely phenomenal and I was holding my breath throughout the entire episode. This episode was by far the bloodiest so far but it worked perfectly with Ellie and Joels storyline.
As somebody who has played both games multiple times, I feel like this episode portrayed the brutality of the games perfectly but also finally showcased the relationship building between Ellie and Joel. Really hoping to see more of this in the last episode.
Loved everything about this episode and I am so excited for the last episode.
