Stressful to watch
25 September 2023
This is one of the stressful the office episodes to watch, yeah Michael can be hard at sometimes but he didn't deserved the treat everyone were giving to him. Dude if there was a real-life Michael probably there would have been less boring in life people, he even made party birthdays for each one of his co-workers. Out of Toby, the one Michael hates a lot, he was always there for them in trying to help, yeah in some strange and not very good ways, but he was always caring for them, yet in this episode everyone treats him like trash. Stanley is an ass as always, Dwight, Andy and Jim tried to be good, but in the end they needed the work, however they also act very cold with him instead of explaining better why they couldn't leave their job to go with him, but yet they did were concern for him so there was no big deal with them; Creed has no idea on nothing, Angela always being a b***ch (hate the part where she closes the document drawer with her feet while Michael was looking for something), Meredith and Kelly whatever, Oscar being intelligent and one of the worst characters at the same time, Kevin doing stupid comments, Phyllis uninterested, and that dude Charles Miner, the worst of worst, and also the security guard, he could of been at least more cared with him for the years they known each other. Pam is the only one who cared the most, in personal beliefs but she proved why her friendship with Michael was special, it is really stupid to know there are many people calling her the worst character when she was never like that. In the end, the treats from almost every single character in this episode was really stressing to watch, to the point of being really annoying and make you anger.

Finally a good Mexican movie
3 September 2023
After years and years of boring and vulgar Mexican films, this one goes head above water. I know there are two other "The Grand Seduction" films, the original from 2002 and the first remake of 2013, yet this is the first one I am seeing and I completely loved it. Characters are fun and relatable, all of them play their parts in a pretty good way. The music was on point too, something very different out of the "corridos", "corridos tumbados", "banda sinaloense", "rap" etc. That we are used to see in every single film of the current era in Mexican cinematography. Music comes with a refreshing reminder to old school Mexican Rock bands such as Fobia and Caifanes, with a very good selection of classic songs. The comedy was on point as well, without the necessity of using bad words every single five minutes. Oh, and loved the Cumbia version of "Antes de que nos olviden" of Caifanes, sang by Héctor Jiménez, best known for his role as "El Esqueleto" in Nacho Libre. A well-recommended film to watch.

Lovely film
3 September 2023
An amazing film, Pina Pellicer was a rising star of her time that sadly ended with a depressing real-life ending. However, she left her legacy in films like this one, "Días de Otoño" is a lovely jewel of the Mexican cinematography, it even shows the grown in Mexican life back in the day in the 1960s. The plot is something like from "The Twilight Zone", or something that Alfred Hitchcock could have wrote for one of his films, and actually, Hitchcock himself was a fan of Pina Pellicer's acting work. It also amazes how a love disappointment plus the thoughts, feelings and comments of strange people, affect the life of a person to the point of almost making it lose their mind. This film is a really good one to watch.

Gutierritos (1966– )

Stressful to watch
3 September 2023
It is a pretty heavy kind of annoying telenovela, one of the very first Mexican ones to be recorded. The story is certainly irritating, specially with the character of Gutierritos. Yeah, yeah, we know he is a gentle and calm man and blah blah, but he never fights back when people humiliate him, not even from his own wife or kids trying to get some kind of respect. There is a point in which what infuriates the most is not that other people act like total idiots and hypocrites to him, it is the fact that he just acts like a fool and in a "firm" way instead of proving he can actually defend himself in some sort of manner. Its just like what Kenny Rogers says on his *The coward of the county* song "Sometimes you gotta fight when you're a man". The person who wrote the original script must be a total goose. From start to finish, is a real pathetic production in terms of plot.

A very good one documentary
28 July 2023
God this one was a very chilling and very well documented documentary, this case was a big thing in the late 90s and early-late 2000s in Mexico. I was not mentally aware at the time when this woman commited her crimes cause I was still a kid, but now watching her story and all the terrifying and evil things she did, my god she was a terrible human being. I learned more about this case with this documentary, it has comments from some of the police department people that were working at the time, and family members of some of the victims of this woman. I am not a fan of documentaries but this one really gave me the chills, I highly recommend watching it.

Boring and with overacted performances
25 July 2023
It is a pretty boring film, the plot is certainly brainless, and it contains the "corridos tumbados" theme and some other folk mexican music, including banda sinaloense. It is a shame that us mexicans cannot produce a good film, I think years have passed since I have seen a decent Mexican film. Americans don't see, or probably they don't know they are consuming one of the many trashy films of the current century in Mexican cinematography; maybe that is the reason why they think this was a good film, or even the other bodrium called "Mexzombies". If you want to fall asleep or have a very poor taste on cinema, watch it. 2 stars because Harold Azuara appears in it LOL.

Terrible ending bad directed film
30 May 2023
Warning: Spoilers
This film had an interesting story, the lady, Charito, thinks her husband, Gerardo Bravo had died, so she marries, Mario del Valle, though she cannot stand him and still misses her old husband. There is no coherence on how she married the latter since there should be a defunction paper to prove he died and marry Gerardo, yet there is nothing and she still marries misserably to a man she is not really in love with. Story continues developing with the "death man" returning and starting a friennemy friendship with the in-turn husband Mario. At the end she stays with Mario just because she got pregnant... Such a waste of a time film.
