Chicago med has run it's course
1 February 2024
I used to like this show, but it's run its course. The writing now stinks, there a no likable characters, and the storylines are ridiculous! It's the most unprofessional work environment I've ever seen. Everyone is always choosing to be unethical to do something shady in the name of "diversity." No one can just follow the rules and do what you're supposed to do, and it's so mind numbingly stupid that I just lost all interest in this show.

The episode that follows this one was so dumb and annoying that I fast forwarded through 95% of it before deleting.

I still enjoy Chicago Fire and PD, but I'm over this snoozefest of a show.

Long walk to find the store closed!
15 January 2024
Warning: Spoilers
We love Marvel, didn't love the Loki show, didn't love Wandavision, hated Eternals, and both Black Panthers, thought Ant Man Quantumania was just ok, but pretty much loved everything else, especially the Avengers series.

Now, for this show, it was a whole lot of a big nothingburger. The plot had more holes than Swiss cheese, the storyline was rather weak, and didn't make much sense in the end.

The first episode introduced Daredevil(not Ben Affleck) and Ronin, and a great fight scene. Cool, getting right into it, right? Nope! After the first episode it's all downhill, and gets really boring.

Allaqua Cox is a badass woman who can fight, but is completely emotionless the entire show. The whole choktaw story is rather silly and doesn't make much sense at all.

Vincent D'onofrio does a great job playing Kingpin, but his interactions with Echo are kinda lame, especially the last episode.

Overall I'd say it was watchable, yet pretty pointless. Maybe Asians liked it for inclusion purposes, and that's cool, but my wife(Asian) and I were pretty bored by it.

Watch it and judge for yourself. I think they could have done a better job with the character, and the story honestly.

How do people actually watch shows like this, and go on here and rate it 10/10 lol!

MTV has some of the worst programming on tv, and this show fits the bill to a T!

If it was titled love and country music Atalanta none of their audience would tune in. The only way to get this target demographics attention is through rap/hip-hop which is pretty pathetic.

It's just not a good look, or a good show.

If you don't like this show, seek help!
9 January 2024
I love this show. Great cast, great writing, entertaining and makes us laugh.

If you're crying about the adult language, seek help. Maybe you should lock yourself away in your house and stay away from the internet and your tv.

Jason Segel is really funny in this. I really liked Jessica Williams from 2 dope Queens on HBO, Harrison Ford has some great lines too.

I remember Christa Miller from the show Scrubs, who plays the nosy neighbor, and her husband is Ted Mcginley.

The cast gels so well together, and we binge watched the first season as we were sucked in from the first episode.

Looks like there will be a season 2, can't wait for that.

If you like comedy, give this show a try. If you're a miserable, uptight person, you might want to skip this.

Where do I start?!
7 January 2024
I read mixed reviews on this but decided to give it a chance anyway.

I like stand up comedy, but I've never heard of this Bert guy before, so I had zero expectations going in.

Man is this movie awful; it's not funny in the least! The only person worse in this movie might be Mark Hamil!

I don't remember laughing once, and the "action" is completely over the top with unreal reactions to gore.

All this movie does is stereotype Russians and the mob life, yet no one was able to stop or kill this obese idiot.

I too am glad I caught this on Netflix. I would have been mad had I paid to see this in theaters.

If this is similar to his stand up comedy, I will gladly pass.

Was pumped to see this!
3 January 2024
I saw previews for this in the theaters before I think Ant Man Quantumania and thought it looked pretty cool.

I didn't want to buy it, or rent it, so I waited til one day I noticed on my Roku tv that it was available to stream on Hulu of all places, and I have a basic Hulu plan I never use through Verizon.

Ok cool, let's check it out then!

Right away I wasn't buying into the flawed storyline of John David Washington and Gemma Chan.

I like Gemma Chan, but she's picked some bad roles. She played Sersi in Marvels Immortals, and that movie was awful; one of Marvels worst!

Honestly, I didn't get or buy her role in this movie. Her character could have been played by anyone , no offense, and it's nothing against her, the storyline fell short.

There were some things I did like, and the cgi/scenery is right on point , but I feel they could have done so much more with this movie.

Overall I struggled to finish watching it, and felt disappointed because it had potential.

I guess they'll let anyone make a movie these days, but judge for yourself.

This is great!
9 December 2023
Idk what all the whiny, negative reviews are about, this show is great so far! I found this show on accident after streaming the Patriots/Steelers game, and binged the first season in two days.

The action is pretty entertaining, and Alan Ritchson is great as Reacher!

The storyline was somewhat predictable at times, but what action script isn't these days?!

I don't want to give away too much for people who haven't watched it yet, or are on the fence, but do yourself a favor and give this show a try!

Btw, I don't know who the title actor is, but damn is he a big, ripped dude lol!

Let's just say he likes to dance :)

Well, where to start...
30 November 2023
Warning: Spoilers
Let me start off by saying I like Matt Damon, but not in this role.

He plays an emotionless, robotic Cowboy type from Oklahoma. He just wasn't believable in this role.

There was pretty much zero backstory. The movie starts and all of a sudden he's in France where his estranged daughter is imprisoned. Why is she imprisoned you ask, well they really don't say. Ok, so I watch.

He meets a French woman and her nine year old daughter who stole the movie, imo. Of course it had its political moment as the French woman was enraged by the mere suggestion that a middle eastern boy was being looked at for a crime, which of course the kid was later on to be found guilty of.

Anyway, the nine year old daughter stole the show. My heart broke for her when Matt Damon's character said bye to her and left the country.

The daughter is welcomed home after dna evidence "surfaced" proving the Muslim was guilty of the crime, the daughter and Matt Damon have a revelation at his house, and movie over. Hated the way it ended.

I won't say anymore as you'll have to watch for yourself and judge.

These are just my thoughts.

Big time miss!
13 November 2023
I saw the previews for this in the theaters and thought that might be a fun movie to see once it's available for streaming. Nope!

This movie was completely terrible in every way. Within the first minute i was rolling my eyes over the storyline and characters, and it went downhill from there.

I liked Adam Driver as Kylo Ren; that's about it.

The movie was such a miss on what was a good idea but poorly written and executed.

I kept waiting for it to get better, but it never happened. I think i fell asleep more than once on my couch, and i never do that unless the movie is terrible. I definitely fell asleep watching Black Panther; awful! The English patient (dragged by then gf) awful.

Point is they missed on this movie. It was a complete waste of time. So glad I didn't pay to watch this.

Don't like some of the cast
19 October 2023
Ok, here it is, I liked the cast before Tumi and Kyle came aboard. Tumi is just a Btch, and was very disrespectful right out the gate.

Also didn't care for the guests this episode either. Entitled and annoying. Blck privilege is real people, and it's full on display here.

If you're wondering if I realized a few words are misspelled it's because of the scrubbers on here that won't let you speak the truth. Don't know if it's bots, or not, so I'm testing it in my review.

Personally I like Captain Sandy. Doesn't take ridiculousness from anyone, but is very honest and fair to the crew at the same time.

Yawn fest

Warning: Spoilers
Did we really need this spin off, did we??

I was fine not knowing whatever happened to Daryl after he rode off on his motorcycle, but the writers decided to write this weak storyline for an unnecessary spin off.

Let's start with him washing ashore in France. France, really?! Maybe the most uninteresting country in Europe. That awful French accent, and all these black people in France, seriously?? We got it, diversity blah blah blah.

I've seen paint dry faster than this show moves along. I don't get all the 10/10 reviews on here, it's not that great of a show.

I like Daryl, but all these other characters are uninteresting, and I couldn't care less what happens to them.

Just my thoughts, definitely not one of the best shows....sorry.

I like it, but....
14 September 2023
Warning: Spoilers
First off let me say that the characters Stella, Daniel, and Greta are unlikeable, and annoying! They're rude and spiteful to anyone not their color, I'll leave it at that.

The rest of the cast is great. I love Jennifer Anniston in just about everything she's done. Reese Witherspoon is amazing, Billy Crudup, Steve Carell, Mark Duplas, Julianna Margulies all great.

Some episodes are rather slow building, but the writing is good enough that I stay interested.

Right now I'm binge watching the second season, so I haven't seen the third season everyone's whining about yet.

My favorite episode so far has the foo Fighters playing Making a Fire off their then new album Medicine at Midnight.

We love Dave Grohl, and it was sentimental to see a quick glimpse of Taylor Hawkins,(RIP.)

I'll keep watching unless it takes a dramatic turn for the worse.

Well done Apple+

Oh wow, where do I begin?!
3 September 2023
One of if not the dumbest movie I've seen in quite awhile!

The script, terrible. The cast, terrible. The "acting", terrible, and the cgi, awful!

There was supposed to be humor added in but I really didn't see any.

This is just a bad b rated movie.

Godzilla is more believable than this steaming pile of hot garbage!

Ray Liotta must have known he was dying because this movie killed his career, and credibility.

This might as well have been directed by Peele or Shamalan because it was terrible!

Sharknado is more believable than this garbage. Here's 120+ minutes of my life I'll never get back.

I would recommend you steer clear of this waste of film.

Has its moments, but.....
1 September 2023
Decided to watch this movie for free on Amazon Prime, and it was ok.

Edi Patterson plays almost the exact character as she does in the Righteous Gemstones. David Harbour is the naughty, cussing protagonist, Santa Claus.

John Leguizomo(sp) is the head bad guy, and the mother and daughter are an unconvincing "married into the family" pair of characters. The little girl, Trudy is a terrible actress.

The action is rather dumb, and wasn't that funny.

Just like most movies these days, the writers sit around the table and try to figure out how to add certain people into a movie that don't fit/belong, and this movie is no exception. If you've seen it you know what I'm referring to.

This is basically a rip off of Home Alone at one point, and man is it lame and unbearable lol!

Could have been much better than it was if someone had given it a quick re-write, but overall it's watchable. Glad I didn't pay to go see this in the theaters.

Honesty gets punished in America!
16 August 2023
Someone had to have held a meeting and said "how can we take Transformers and completely ruin it?!" Then someone said "I have an idea, let's make a movie about inclusion and get a cast of complete, annoying unknown actors." Then someone said "make sure that we make it clear that white America is bad, and brown people need to be on screen whether they earned it, or not."

On top of all that, they decided to make a movie with a bad storyline, and amateur cgi.

Lastly, people who tend to love lefty politics rushed to see this and couldn't wait to score it 10/10 on here, while people who tend to like right sided politics told the truth about this movie and were mostly silenced by the powers to be.

Save your money people, it's trash!

Timeless classic!
9 August 2023
Warning: Spoilers
I've watched this movie at least 20 or more times, sometimes just parts, sometimes the whole movie, and it's one of my favorites!

The cast is great, and honestly I think this is one of Robin Williams best performances. I really feel the emotion from his character as he speaks to Will by the lake!

Cole Hauser is great, Casey Affleck hilarious, and Ben the perfect sidekick.

Growing up around Boston I know the places in the movie, which gives me nostalgia as I live in the SW now.

The fact that this was a screenplay written by Damon and Affleck when they were first starting out makes it even better.

I highly recommend this coming of age film!

Well, I made it through
24 June 2023
What can I say?! This movie was about as bad as I thought it would be, which is a shame because I like Sandra, Channing and Brad. The rest of the cast was pretty bad.

I didn't care for any of the characters at all, and the storyline was dumb.

It seems like the writers just threw a script together because it wasn't funny, and the premise was stupid, especially the ending. I felt like I walked a long way to find the corner store closed.

Love this lol
17 June 2023
I think I love this because it makes fun of organized religion. It makes partitioners look so foolish for one being gullible, and two for giving these mega churches money.

I love the cast too! John Goodman is amazing, as always. I've always liked Danny McBride, same type of juvenile talk and behavior, and Adam Devine is pretty funny too.

I binge watched seasons one and two, one being better. Although I quickly became sick of Walter Goggins, I'd take him over the season two debacle of Eric Roberts.

Can't wait to see where season three takes us, but if you have any kind of a sense of humor, you should give this show a look.

Long way to walk to find the store closed
17 June 2023
Warning: Spoilers
So the previews intrigued me enough to want to check this movie out, however red flag after red flag were quickly raised while watching this to the point where I said this is really dumb!

Let's start with a Hollywood celeb who's originally from Michigan owning air B&B properties in a run down area of Detroit.

The neighborhood looks like a dilapidated war zone, and one nicely kept house in the middle of it all, and someone would stay there??

Then there's the whole situation with what's going on in the basement. Totally ridiculous even though the first time you see the woman it is kinda frightening, which quickly gives way to this is so dumb.

The ending just sums up the ridiculousness of the entire film.

If you have an hour or so to waste, go for it I guess.
