Alice Doesn't Live Here Anymore in my opinion is one of the best movies ever made. The acting is outstanding and Ellen won a well deserved Oscar. I actually think Alfred Lutter should have gotten a nomination too for supporting actor. What I really like about his movie is that it is totally authentic. There are some tough scenes to watch but also several fun light comic ones too. Despite a tough life, Alice is so kind. One of my favorite scenes is when she gives the old lady the shawl at her garage sale, but more importantly she tries so hard to be a good single parent. I'll admit that what drived me to watch this movie was my love of the sitcom Alice. In case you don't know the sitcom is based on this movie. Lots of similarities but also many difference the big one of coruse is the series was a comedy and the movie is mostly a drama. Awesome movie! I hope you enjoy it.

This is one of the funniest episodes on any TV show I ever saw! Just watch it and enjoy! Bewitched was a wonderful show with a tremendous cast. This is one of my favorite episodes.
