Blippi (2014)
Absolutely pathetic
To summarize: this show is pathetic. It's really quite sad to watch.
Imagine being this guy. Imagine this is what your life has come to. Imagine being an adult and running around acting more childish than even children do.
Someone honestly thought this guy was good enough to put on TV.
He is creepy. He doesn't teach kids anything. He just runs around like an absolute idiot. This show is not informative. It cannot even be considered entertainment.
Honestly, if I could rate this show lower than a one, I absolutely would. Someone needs to take this guy off the air.. He does not deserve to have a show.
9/11 Four Flights (2021)
Incredibly Emotional
This was intense and heartbreaking. Very well done, but brace yourself for some deeply emotional stuff.
Manifest (2018)
Why Do Some People Like This?
The writers of this show don't know what they want it to be. Is it a drama? A mystery? A romance? A sci-fi? It tries to be all of those things, and instead of gaining any value because of that, it ends up becoming worse because it wants to go in so many different directions.
They had a really good idea. It looks intriguing in the trailers. The actual show got really disappointing really fast. They squandered something special.
Dunkirk (2017)
Nolan Could Film Himself Taking a Poop And People Would Think It's a Masterpiece
I'm giving this film a 6/10 because that's honestly what it deserves. When voting officially opened for this movie here on IMDb, it was at a 9.8/10. Are you kidding me? I'm sorry but I'm not going to be one of those people who just worships the ground Nolan walks on. I'm dead serious when I say Nolan could film himself taking a dump and people would rave about it.
This movie is decent. It's better than your average war movie. A six out of ten is an appropriate rating for this film. The acting is good, which the film heavily relies on since there isn't a ton of dialogue. This is also probably Nolan's shortest film, which is also nice since he doesn't make you sit there and subject you to all sorts of his self-proclaimed "mind-f***s" and twists that he tries to throw at you. This movie doesn't try to out-think itself, which is fitting since a war movie doesn't need to be like that.
All in all, it does what a war movie should do. Is it worthy of its current rating of 9/10 on IMDb? Absolutely not. Is it better than average? Yes.
Knowing (2009)
There's nothing like Knowing!
First of all, yes I did see this movie, and no I'm not much of a talker when it comes to discussing and reviewing movies. Therefore, I will keep it short and simple.
Nicholas Cage's movies have lately been a lot of action flicks that may or may not seem like movies we've all seen before. This one, however, brings a new fresh feeling to this genre.
I think we've all seen the whole "I see it coming" type of movie where the main character has to prevent something from happening. This is one of those, and yet it isn't. It doesn't bore you, it doesn't make you feel like you've seen it before, and yet you have a comfortability with it that intrigues you throughout.
I found myself quite entertained and the movie didn't lose my attention or have me checking my watch. Good direction and acting. Nicholas Cage does a good job.
I believe anyone who sees this movie will enjoy it for what it is. Go see it, it's a fun flick!
