Simply put this is a story of a woman who suddenly finds herself facing death. Her marriage is a farce where her husband teaches her the sexual things he has learned from his lovers. So she takes on a trip with a male relative and his friend. She uses her adult sexuality to exploit their adolescent fantasies by seduction and when they quarrel to gain power over them. Finally she gets them drunk and again uses her sexuality to get them to engage in the homosexuality she insists they feel for each other. For those who feel this is a great film perhaps about a womans liberation simply reverse the characters sex and imagine a story of a man who goes with two adolescent girls etc. Is is still a great story or an account of the power of adult sexuality with adolescents? Does she liberate them or degrade them in return for the degradation she experienced from her husband?
