Saw this movie this past weekend. Let's get this out of the way: it is a WAY better film than the 2016... "film".
Mckenna Grace is great as a lead. Paul Rudd is fantastic. Lots of Easter Eggs sprinkled throughout. It paid enough homage to the original movie, while feeling like a separate entity. Also it does the one thing that Star Wars The Force Awakens SHOULD have done... give us a lengthy scene with the ORIGINAL heroes.
You WILL have a smile on your face while watching this movie. Nails all the feels. And tribute to Harold Ramos will bring a tear to your eye.
