This is SOOOO not reminiscent of the Gothic horror of Hammer . I downloaded a copy for free, and i feel i was robbed..This movie states it is Bram stokers Dracula.. IT Isn't anyones Dracula except the guy who wasted the small amount of time making this swill. The only reason i'm even still writing this review is because IMDb makes you do at least 10 lines of text. Hopefully this will save anyone else from wasting their time with watching this garbage. The acting is horrible, the small production value is that of a Jr high school play..Too be honest i watched not even half of this so called movie. I couldn't stomach to watch the rest

Straight guy who saw this movie alone..and LIKED IT

Warning: Spoilers
Im a single, straight, decent looking 39 year old guy,and yes i liked this movie. Im a sucker for a romantic comedy,a movie directed by Garry Marshall(Pretty Woman fame)and Julia Roberts. SUE ME... Movies are sometimes supposed to be exactly what this is . just a fun, feel good movie. This film is not a historical document or trying to change the world. its just trying to make you smile, and in that right alone this film wins. This movie is a who's ,who of current popular(and may i say very HOT) Hollywood. From the opening scene of Ashton Kutcher(who this film seems to be a starring vehicle for since he is in it more then anyone else)and jessica Alba, to the end with Julia Roberts,Hector Elizondo ,and Shirley Mclain. I went and saw"The Edge of Darkness" right after this movie and i gotta say, "Valentines Day",made me feel pretty good. If your looking for some laughs, some love and a few"AWWWW" moments . THIS IS YOUR FILM.. If you want Academy Award winning acting, see something else
