American Horror Story: Winter Kills (2021)
The writers better not take the pill...
It was such a lackluster final episode. It felt rushed, didn't feature enough of the OG AHS cast, and was really unsatisfactory to a longtime viewer who up until this episode rather enjoyed the Red Tide storyline.
Not sure why Adina Porter & Billie Lourd were credited actors this season they were barely in it? Yet Denis Ohare is a guest star.
All I can say is if the pills do become real, the writers of this episode would be wise to avoid them.
American Horror Stories: Game Over (2021)
Woohoo! Let's end the season with some self indulgent rubbish
If I could rate this less than a 1 I would.
The acting is atrocious. The self awareness of the show makes no sense (how is AHS a tv show and real at the same time?) and honestly for a show that was promoted as being a different story each week, 3 of the 7 episodes have been based on an existing season. This is really cheapening what was arguably the best season. I feel sorry for Dylan McDermott for having to appear in this show how it got renewed for another season I'll never know.
Riverdale: Chapter Eighty-Seven: Strange Bedfellows (2021)
This is dumb but I'm dumber for still watching
This show is literally cringe. I paused it so many times. I don't know which storyline is worse. None of the characters are interesting anymore. And gotta love it when they spontaneously singing.
American Horror Stories: Ba'al (2021)
What Horror Stories should have been all along!
Loved it- this is what this show should have been all along, this would have been a stronger premier episode than the murder house double episode.
Great storyline, performances and twists and turns.
American Horror Stories: The Naughty List (2021)
Time to unsubscribe from this show
I thought episode 3 was bad. This is just god awful.
They go out of their way to make the influencers unlikable - but there's so much of their content in the show, it feels that the "horror" of the mall Santa killer is shoved in at the end.
You don't care about what happens to the characters. Obviously its commentary about influencer culture but this was just cringeworthy.
Whilst the idea of a new story each week seemed great in theory, it's certainly been poorly executed. You'd be best to use your time to watch your fave AHS episode (or watch paint dry... grass grow... literally anything else).
Things Heard & Seen (2021)
Amityville knockoff
An incredibly boring and unoriginal movie that has taken The Anityville Horror (down to the character names) and instead made it a 2 hour snorefeast.
It's very predictable, and if you like horror/thriller/ghost movies then give this a miss. Maybe only put it on if you can't sleep.
American Horror Stories: Drive In (2021)
Had potential...
This story had potential but fell very flat and I found myself really bored throughout the entirety of the episode.
