Once Upon a Time: Snow Falls (2011)
Season 1, Episode 3
10/10
I will always find you..
28 September 2012
Warning: Spoilers
I'm only 5 episodes into the show and this has to be my favorite so far. "Snow Falls" made us care even more about Snow White and her Prince Charming. Charming's quote from the Pilot "I'll always find you" becomes more important when we see them saving each others life and he says it for the first time. I love the way they met and denied their upcoming feelings for each other. The scene when they say goodbye and both look back reminded me of a scene in "That Still Small Voice" when Mary Margaret and David look back at each other in a similar way.

This show is extremely addictive and it made us care for the characters immediately. I love the way they combine the fairy tale world with the Storybrooke storyline. Great stuff=)

My Phone Genie (2012– )
6/10
My Shallow Title
25 September 2012
Warning: Spoilers
After a wonderful 2nd season of Dance Academy I was hoping something worthy would fill its place, but as soon as I read "My Phone Genie" I was already cringing. I decided not to watch it because it seemed like yet another dumb teen comedy show like Lazy Town or whatever you call that crap show. Since there was nothing else on TV tonight, I decided to give it a shot. I watched episode 6 and 7. The first one was about a Jaz' sleepover party. I find myself actually laughing at some jokes and I like the lead actress BessieCursons (Jaz) quite a lot . I also noticed how much chemistry she has with Adam Wadsworth (Gene)*Here's me hoping they might get together*. The 7th episode was about Jaz gaining more confidence through a magic hair potion (which not only makes her hair shiny and curly, its also a talented debater).

So, if your looking for some light and *mostly* silly comedy to spend a fuss-free evening, tune in!!!

The Tribe: Episode #1.3 (1999)
Season 1, Episode 3
10/10
In or Out
3 January 2012
Warning: Spoilers
In this episode, Lex wakes up to eat breakfast when he notices the food is gone and immediately points the finger at Bray and Amber for letting him stay in the mall. Shortly after, Bray returns with Trudy and asks if she can stay because she is pregnant. Lex doesn't hesitate to say no, but Amber says it is a group decision.

While playing, Chloe manages to sneak off into the sewers and she notice a cow and goes after it. Amber is hiding out in a music store when Lex tells her the only reason she wants Bray and Trudy to stay in the mall is because she likes Bray and she denies it. To bring Amber back to reality, Lex says Bray is about to become a father and she has no chance with him. (This was my favorite scene because the tension between Lex/Amber is just amazing:P) Amber gathers everyone for a meeting to decide whether or not Trudy and Bray should stay in the mall. The vote is tied until Amber casts her vote and surprisingly it is against Bray and Trudy staying in the mall. Bray immediately gets angry and walks out with Trudy until she goes into labor on the stairs.

This episode had me hanging on the edge of my seat because I really thought Amber was going to vote for Bray and Trudy to stay, but she didn't. I think Lex had something to do with her changing her mind. Overall, this episode was great.

90210: Catch Me If You Cannon (2010)
Season 3, Episode 5
9/10
backfire
2 January 2012
Warning: Spoilers
Another really great episode of 90210, and intriguing eventful entertaining watch. Not surprising, considering how promising most episodes of the season have been.

As predicted, Dixon is not HIV positive, but there are some repercussions of course. You can't help but feel bad for Ivy, she's gotten hurt by two guys (Liam, Dixon) and now she lost her virginity to someone that's setting her up. I'm excited to see a softer side in Jen as this season progresses, with her newborn baby and her rekindling relationship with Ryan.

The plot that definitely stole the show here was of course Mr. Cannon. The girls try to get back at him with a diabolical plan to take him down, but it backfires on them, turns out Mr. Cannon is not stupid, and he really impressed me with his trick up his sleeve, I definitely did not expect that.I love the end of the episode with Naomi and Silver saying that they have plan, even though they don't, but they start laughing, and they make Mr. Cannon nervous.

Annie & Charlie get together in the end, Annie decides not to sell her eggs, Debbie becomes Jen's assistant, and Teddy is forced to interact with Ian, and it turns out he can't hide for much longer since he couldn't have sex with a girl in the end. Wow, too much great plots to write home about. A great intriguing episode of 90210.

Dawson's Creek: Detention (1998)
Season 1, Episode 7
10/10
Unlike The Breakfast Club, they leave far less friends than were before detention..
11 September 2011
Warning: Spoilers
Truth or Dare

"Detention" is my favorite episode of the first season because of its central focus on the teenagers, for one day, in detention. I always enjoyed the truth or dare game because of the nonsense it created, and the basketball-to-the-face never fails to amuse me. The episode stands out because its the first to really build the relationships and conflicts between the characters. The previous six episodes barely had any scenes with Pacey and the others, and the scenes with the two girls and Dawson were all about Dawson's pursuit of Jen. Now, the characters finally hung for an entire episode and the audience understands the dynamic and conflicts between characters. I also love Monica Keenas performance of Abby Morgan.

During the game of "Truth or Dare," Jen and Pacey kiss as do Joey and Dawson. Joey balks when she's asked which boy she's in love with. Pacey balks when asked how he got detention. The kiss between Jen and Pacey affects Dawson because Pacey's represents everything Dawson lacks in sexual experience. His fears are relieved when Pacey reveals his embarrassing story of masturbation and Jen swears that she does, in fact, want him sexually..

The kiss between Joey and Dawson alerts everyone (but Dawson) of Joey's feelings towards her best friend..

Dawson's Creek: Hurricane (1998)
Season 1, Episode 5
9/10
Hurricane Bob
11 September 2011
Warning: Spoilers
The episode's in my top 3 of season one episodes because it establishes characters in a way the previous four episodes hadn't--it's more effective than the pilot in world building. The characters are confined in one house with secrets and prejudices concealed within the hearts and minds of those characters. The hurricane storm isn't the only hurricane in Capeside, and the storm won't be as destructive as the metaphorical hurricane descending upon Leery manor.

Dawson bitches about his life and his mother. Joey uses the "mother card" and reminds Dawson that he's blessed to have his mother, and for one of the seven times in the entire series, Dawson's speechless. Joey doesn't have much of a story in the episode --she just drifts from storyline to storyline.

Pacey, Doug and Tamara spend the day in Tamara's luxurious house on the coast (a high school English teacher makes THAT much?). Obviously, this is the first episode with Doug Witter.

"Hurricane" moves Mitch & Gail's storyline forward and even Bessie's with Bodie and Grams.

At the end, Joey wishes that she could return to her childhood for one night to remove herself from the drama of everyday life..

The first episode of Dawson's that got me hooked!
