Black Widow (2021)

After Wandavision, TFATWS, and then poor old Loki, (We miss you loki) I had a feeling this was going to be an average movie.

They ruined Star Wars and now they're ruining Marvel.

Shame on you Disney.

Hitman's Wife's Bodyguard (2021)

A fun action packed movie

Lots of funny moments, lots of action. A good fast paced movie to sit back and enjoy, crack open a few beers and laugh out loud.

Very enjoyable 8/10.

The Punisher (2017–2019)

Great Show.

After watching the fantastic Daredevil on Netflix, I had to see the Punisher.

Jon Bernthal is amazing as. Frank Castle aka "The Punisher"

Lots of violence, but great storylines and acting. If you're watching Daredevil at the moment, I highly recommend you check this out next.

Excellent show, but I would have loved a few more seasons.

Infinite (2021)

Had potential. But after 30 mins in, you know where this is going

A lot of money spent on an average movie. Special effects are ok but the storyline was bland.

I dont know why people get excited about Mark Wahlberg tbh. He's an ok actor.

I was really hoping to like this because Antoine Fuqua has directed some amazing movies.

Oh yeah, and the motorbike off the mountain scene lol I'll say no more.

The Last Kingdom (2015–2022)

A hidden gem

At the start of "Lockdown" I binge watched Game of Thrones and was looking for something new to watch. My brother recommended The Last Kingdom.

So I gave it a go, thinking this was going to be another mediocre series, as a lot of them are these days.

Wow, was I wrong. This is one of the best shows I have ever seen. I've watched it four times and it still works after the fourth time. It's brilliant.

I'm eagerly awaiting the next season, It cant come quick enough.

The acting is fantastic, the costumes, scenery, dialogue, story lines etc, are something else.

Why Netflix never promoted this when it started, is beyond me.

Looking forward to Season Five and seeing Uhtred of Bebbanburgs journey carry on. If I could score this more than a 10. I would. It's brilliant.

Destiny is all.

Loki (2021–2023)

I'm a big Marvel fan.

I'm not going to rate this until I've seen all episodes. It was ok (ish).

People raving about this and giving it a 10 after one episode is a bit premature.

Let's rate it when it's finished. It was an average first episode. No way near a 10.

EDIT : Ok, just finished watching episode 3 and this is just getting worse. Very boring, bad cgi and fight scenes.

Episode 3 was like a very bad episode of Doctor Who. I was going to rate it after the full season, but I dont know if I'll get that far.

It's a very generous 2 stars from me just because I like Tom Hiddleston.

Daredevil (2015–2018)

A must watch show.

One of the best shows I've ever seen.

The acting, the storylines, the fight scenes, everything about Daredevil is brilliant.

Charlie Cox is fantastic as. Matt Murdock. Highly recommended.

Broken Law (2020)

I was looking forward to this during lockdown, but it's probably one of the worst films I've ever seen. Predictable and boring.

Misfits (2009–2013)

Went a bit downhill after Robert Sheehan left.

I started watching Misfits on Netflix after I somehow missed it on E4.

I was loving the storylines, the character's, the humour.

When Robert Sheehan left, I think it just went a bit bland and wasn't the same. He's one hell of an actor.

Worth the watch though. 9/10.

Time (2021– )

Watched the first episode last night, and I'm hooked.

How can you go wrong with Sean Bean and Stephen Graham.

I'm going old fashioned and I'm not going to binge watch the series (three episodes) lol

I can already anticipate what's going to happen in the next two episodes, and I'm really looking forward to what pan's out with both characters.

As an ex inmate, this is as close as it gets to reality.

I have the next two Sunday nights to look forward to.

Well done Jimmy McGovern. A 10 from me on the first night.

I enjoyed this movie. I'm a big fan of Bob Odenkirk. If you're looking for a bit of old fashioned fun and action, then you'll like this.

Christopher Lloyd is brilliant as usual.

After all the s*it we've been through in nearly a year and a half, this movie does the trick. There's worse movies out there at the moment.

Very enjoyable. Give it a go :)

Hill Street Blues (1981–1987)

Brings back some fantastic memories.

I was Ten when this gem of a cop show was aired in 1981.

Chicago in the eighties.

This is probably the best series ever made about a police precinct. Very realistic and you bonded with every character, although I loved Mick especially, great actor and character.

They dont make them like this anymore.

Thank you to everyone involved in the making of Hill Street Blues, I'm slowly walking down memory lane and it feels good.

Without Remorse (II) (2021)

I gave up watching just after the first girl was killed by the "Zombies." Bad acting and annoying characters (especially the daughter). A complete waste of time.
